Per-unit pricing is public: $2.25/unit for 0 to 299 units/month and $1.45/unit for 300 to 9,999 units/month, with itemized add-ons. Most orders are checked in within 24 to 72 business hours, longer during Prime Day and Q4. They explicitly do not process customer returns or FBA removals and do not accept used books.

Network Prep is an Amazon FBA prep center in sales-tax-free Lafayette, Oregon, founded in late 2019 by Chaz and Trista Leslie of the Side Hustle Network YouTube channel. They run a 5,000 sq ft facility on a fixed weekly shipment schedule with a 1 business day turnaround. Base prep runs $1.00 to $1.65 per unit by monthly volume with polybags, bubble wrap, and shipping boxes included; they also handle hazmat, oversize, and merchant-fulfillment orders for Amazon and Walmart sellers. As of June 2026 the center runs an application-based intake with limited spots (the earlier waitlist-only status has lifted); the operator reviews every application and replies within 1-2 business days.

Snake River Pack and Ship is a family-owned FBA prep center in Adrian, Oregon, a town on the Idaho border. Oregon has no sales tax, so goods bought online and shipped here are not taxed at checkout. The center is built for online arbitrage sellers: receiving, inspection, price-tag removal, poly-bagging with suffocation labels, expiration dates, SKU labels, bundling, bubble wrap and box-content shipments, all run through InventoryLab, which the center requires for its OA service. It also preps for Walmart fulfillment. Published OA rates run from $2.00 per standard unit under 200 units a month (billed per shipment, plus a $129 one-time setup fee) to $1.30 at 1,000+ units on a $1,300 monthly prepay; wholesale tiers drop to $1.10 and $1.00 per unit at 2,000 to 5,000 units. The Oregon LLC was registered in July 2020, and Business Oregon awarded it a $60,000 Strategic Reserve Fund grant for business expansion in fiscal 2023. Cautions: the FAQ says each client's items are processed on a rotation of about every 3 days, longer from May through July and September through December; pallets are generally not accepted; hazmat acceptance is partial: the FAQ takes battery-powered products such as toys and power tools and cosmetics classified as hazmat, but not lithium-ion battery products for long-term storage (its fire-safety answer says it does not store lithium-ion batteries) and not fuels, solvents or corrosives; and the 2,400 sq ft warehouse and 10,000+ orders a year figures are the operator's own, and we could not match the warehouse size to a commercial property record.

Oregon Prep and Ship is a sales-tax-free Amazon FBA and FBM prep center in Sisters, Oregon, family-owned and operating since 2022. It receives, preps, labels, and ships FBA and FBM orders, fulfilling FBM within 24 hours, and also offers bundling, kitting, box forwarding, product photography, quality inspection, returns processing, storage, and multi-channel fulfillment for Etsy and eBay. Published per-unit FBA pricing runs from $2.00/unit (0 to 500 units per month) down to $1.25/unit (4000+), with per-size FBM rates.

Oregon Prep Center is an FBA prep center in Portland, Oregon, operating since 2023 and under new ownership since June 2026: the Oregon Secretary of State shows Oregon Prep Center Group, LLC organized on June 11, 2026 at the Gladstone Street facility, and the site names Stephanie and Caleb as owners. The owners say a warehouse manager and a floor team run day-to-day prep. Standard per-unit prep runs $1.70/unit (1-200 units) down to $1.05/unit (2,000+), with wholesale as low as $0.40/unit, free FNSKU labeling, free standard polybags, no monthly fees, and 7 days of free storage. Stated turnaround is 24 to 72 business hours, processing 7 days a week, with a client portal for real-time inventory and multi-carrier shipment tracking. Carries a 4.7 Google rating and a BBB A+ profile.

HexPrep runs two FBA-prep and fulfillment warehouses, one in Oregon (tax-free) and one in Illinois (Chicago). Published rates on a page dated April 24, 2026: OA FBA and WFS prep at $1.50/unit (0-999/mo) or $1.25/unit (1,000+/mo), wholesale and private label at $1.00/$0.70, plus an itemized add-on and box menu. The homepage claims 99% accuracy and 100+ active clients, and the operator states a standard 1-2 day receiving-to-outbound turnaround (confirmed by email, September 2026). Note the catch: outbound shipments under 20 units carry a $5.00 handling surcharge unless you are a recurring client, and packaging is billed separately. Beyond Amazon and Walmart prep, HexPrep also sells FBM/DTC fulfillment and two-step dropshipping.

Hillsboro, Oregon prep center for Amazon FBA and ecommerce sellers. Founded in 2016 by Jim Smith and Hannah Moody as the FBA-prep arm of the McKenzie Books business Jim had run since 2004. Became 100% women-owned in 2023 under co-owners Nita Adams, Hannah Moody, and Emily Gordon. Located in a tax-free state, which lets sellers avoid inventory sales tax exposure. The 21,265 sqft warehouse has a loading dock for LTL, FTL, and full container loads. Services include receiving, inspection, product prep, storage, and fulfillment for both wholesale and DTC channels.

Stock and Ship is an Oregon 3PL and FBA prep center in Springfield, near the Port of Portland, run out of an 11,000 sq ft tax-free warehouse. Founded in 2021 by Ankur Kathuria, it offers Amazon FBA and Walmart marketplace prep (FNSKU labeling, polybagging, inspection, bundling, kitting) alongside DTC and FBM fulfillment, storage, sourcing, and returns, so FBA prep is one division of a multi-service operation. Per-unit prep runs $0.95 to $1.75 by volume, with receiving, inspection, FNSKU labeling, polybags, and 14 days of storage included. Stated turnaround is 24 to 48 hours; intake is gated to sellers with 6+ months of Amazon history shipping at least 500 units per month.

PrepWorx is an Oregon prep center and 3PL running out of 595 Lloyd Ln in Independence, with a second location it names in Salem. Oregon has no state sales tax, and the site puts the saving at an average of 8.5 percent depending on the state you live in. The prep line is priced per unit and published in full: $1.60 per standard unit at 0 to 500 units, stepping to $0.90 above 5,000, with the fee covering inspection, FNSKU labeling, label removal, and polybagging with a suffocation warning. Oversize runs $2.00 to $4.00, multipacks and bundles $2.00 to $5.00, and wholesale quotes go as low as $0.40. Receiving is $1.00 per box or $25.00 per pallet, and storage is $5 per bin per month from day 15. There is no monthly unit minimum but there is a $100 monthly spend requirement. Client communication runs through Discord and a client portal that connects to Amazon Seller Central through the Selling Partner API. Two cautions. Four stat cards on the homepage still show Lorem ipsum placeholder text, and the customer quotes are initials-only, so we do not carry them.

PrimeTime Prep is an Amazon FBA prep and ship center founded in 2022 by Anthony and Zach, with its primary location in Portland, Oregon and a second distribution site in Lincoln, Nebraska. It handles online and retail arbitrage, private label, and wholesale prep, with OA/RA processing at $1.20/unit base and volume-tiered private-label processing from $0.75 down to $0.65/unit. Storage runs free for the first 7 days (OA/RA) then $28/cubic meter/month, and the operator publishes its full a-la-carte fee schedule and terms online. It also offers a direct-to-consumer fulfillment option and runs a separate 3PL brand at primetimefulfillment.com.

Pacific Prep Services is the Amazon-prep brand of Oxalis Supply LLC (Oregon registry 107772394, active since January 2015; the Pacific Prep Services assumed business name registered July 2017; domain registered May 2016, which is the founding year we publish), operating from a multi-tenant industrial building at 560 SE 4th Ave in Hillsboro, Oregon, a sales-tax-free state; a third-party customs record corroborates goods receipt at that suite. The operator states it began in 2016 in a roughly 1,200 sq ft unit and moved to the current 14,000 sq ft space in 2018. Prep is the lead offer with published per-unit rates: receiving, inspection, FNSKU labeling, poly bagging, suffocation and expiration labeling, sticker removal, bundling, and shipment creation, alongside genuine multi-channel fulfillment (Shopify, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop), DTC pick and pack, storage, and freight receiving, which is why it is listed as a multi-service operator. Wholesale/private label runs from $1.50 per standard unit and online arbitrage from $1.75, all-inclusive of prep materials; no monthly fee; no shipment minimums, though shipments under 25 units carry a $5.00 handling charge; turnaround is 24 to 48 hours from shipment creation. The operator states limited-quantity hazmat support, Amazon SPN listing, 3P Mercury certification, and its own warehouse-management software integrating with Amazon, Shopify and WooCommerce; we have not confirmed the SPN or 3P Mercury claims from a public source. Cautions, plainly: Google shows a 4.0 rating across 12 reviews (re-read 2026-09-22), nine five-star and three one-star; the one-star reviews are seven to eight years old and concern billing and refund follow-through and responsiveness, every review from the last four years is five-star, and the site's review widget shows only five five-star reviews with no aggregate figure; the pricing page states there are no sign-up fees while a live $150 sign-up-fee product exists in the site's web shop. We list what we verify and flag what we cannot.

Proven Prep is a Portland, Oregon 3PL that runs Amazon FBA prep alongside DTC and FBM fulfillment, B2B freight and returns handling from the same inventory pool, with a second location in South Carolina. Its homepage leads with 3PL fulfillment and lists FBA prep as one of five service lines, with its own Amazon prep page (FNSKU labeling, poly bagging, box content and shipment creation, removals), so we list it as a full 3PL: FBA prep is one division, not the whole business. FBA prep is priced through an on-site calculator rather than a fixed card, and every band is labelled an estimate that may be discounted during a formal quote: $1.35 per unit at 0 to 399 orders a month, $1.25 at 400 to 999, $1.10 at 1,000 to 1,999, $1.00 at 2,000 to 3,999 and $0.85 at 4,000 and above, each with a $0.20 bundle-assembly fee and $3.00 per unit return processing. DTC pick fees in the same calculator run from $2.50 at 0 to 100 orders down to $1.50 at 10,000 and above, though the site's DTC/FBM page separately lists $1.50 per order for the first unit with no volume band. Its online-arbitrage and Amazon prep pages set OA accounts at 500+ units a month (prep from $0.85 per unit on the OA page), while the homepage FAQ says there are no minimum order volumes. The operator states temperature-controlled storage and FDA-registered operations at both locations; we have not verified that against the FDA registry. An April 2026 press post on its site describes a 17,000 sq ft facility at 6855 NE 82nd Ave, a different street address from the 17146 NE Sandy Blvd in its footer and Oregon filing, so confirm the receiving address before shipping. Owner Kyle Curtis is named on the site and as the registered agent in Oregon's active business records.
