FBA prep centers in Canada.

Verified Amazon FBA prep centers serving Amazon.ca and cross-border into the US. A Canadian center is useful both for sellers on the .ca marketplace and for routing US-bound inventory through a Canadian facility. Same 5-point operator standard, run against Canadian sources.

GST/HST and the cross-border question

A Canadian prep center receives inbound stock, applies Amazon prep, and forwards into Amazon.ca fulfilment. Many Canadian sellers also sell into the US, so the more important question is often cross-border: can the center forward prepped inventory into US Amazon fulfilment, and who is the importer of record on that customs entry.

Confirm whether the center handles GST/HST on your domestic Canadian flow and, if you sell into the US, how the CA-to-US customs step is handled. A center that only answers for Amazon.ca inbound is fine for .ca-only sellers and a gap for anyone running both marketplaces.

How we verify Canadian centers

The 5-point standard is the same everywhere. We confirm more than 12 months trading (provincial or federal corporate registry plus a confirmable operator), a live phone answered during stated hours, a website that resolves and reads as a genuine FBA-prep operation, and a human editor review against seller-forum complaints before publication. We re-verify quarterly and on any seller report.

Verified centers

Verified Canada prep centers.

No Canada centers have cleared our 5-point standard yet. We verify before we publish, so we would rather show nothing than list an unvetted operator. Check back, or if you run a Canada prep center, apply to be listed.

Common questions.

Can a Canadian prep center ship into US Amazon FBA?
Some can. CA-to-US is a customs entry with an importer of record, so a center forwarding into US fulfilment needs the right cross-border setup. Confirm this directly; do not assume a .ca center handles US-bound flow.
Who handles GST/HST?
GST/HST registration and remittance is generally the seller's responsibility, but a prep center handling your domestic Canadian inbound should be able to explain how it interacts with their receiving. Ask before committing volume.
Are Canadian centers held to the same standard?
Yes. The 5-point operator standard is identical; the registry check moves to the relevant provincial or federal Canadian corporate registry. We publish a Canadian center only after every check clears.
