PrepKingz runs a single Montreal warehouse at 111 Chabanel West, handling Amazon FBA prep alongside Walmart WFS, Amazon FBM, eBay and Shopify direct-to-consumer fulfillment, and a cross-border lane into both Amazon.ca and Amazon.com. The FBA workflow is specific: FNSKU labels pulled from Seller Central, inspection, polybagging, carton forwarding, re-stickering and reconditioning of mislabeled units from removal orders, and both SPD and LTL carrier formats. The homepage says operating since 2023, but the company's own About page says PrepKingz launched in 2024, and the Quebec incorporation is dated October 2024. Treat the 1.3 million orders since 2023 figure and the Google rating as unverified operator claims.

Per unit for FBA, Walmart WFS and cross-border prep: $1.25 at 300-499 units per month, $0.95 at 500-1,499, $0.80 at 1,500 and above; the base unit rate covers inspection, FNSKU and outbound carton prep. Per order for Shopify, Amazon FBM, eBay and Walmart Marketplace: $1.99 at 300-499 orders per month, $1.75 at 500-1,499, $1.30 at 1,500 and above, with pick, pack, label, ship and the first unit included. Minimum volume is 300 units or orders per month, smaller accounts reviewed case by case. No setup fee, no monthly retainer and no platform fee by default. Tiers reset each month on last month's actual volume with no contract lock, and the add-ons carry a published card rather than a quote: polybagging $0.25 per unit including heat seal and printed suffocation warning, bundling to a maximum of three units $0.75 per bundle, extra unit per order $0.25, removal orders $0.30 per returned unit, custom insert $0.15, branded boxes you supply free, and storage past five days at $5.00 per box or $50.00 per pallet per month. The homepage tier cards add bubble wrap at $0.75 per linear foot and a multipack extra unit at $0.15, neither of which appears on the pricing page. Note one conflict: those tier cards price a supplied shipping box at $3.00 on the two lower tiers and $1.75 on the top tier, while the add-on table on the same homepage and on the pricing page both say it is quoted. Invoicing is weekly in CAD, net 7 days, with a card on file required and 1.5% per month on late balances, and the agreement is month to month with 30 days notice. Excludes carrier shipping, freight, storage past 5 days, and services requiring a written quote; GST and QST not included.
