Connect your Amazon account. See what FBA prep will actually cost you.
Our match form asks you to estimate your volume and guess at your prep needs. Your Amazon account already knows both. Grant our application read-only access and we compute your prep requirements and costs from Amazon's own per-item data, then match you to verified prep centers the same way we match everyone: on fit, never on fees.
Status: our developer registration with Amazon is in progress as of July 28, 2026. The pilot opens to the first 25 sellers once Amazon approves the application.
What the analysis computes.
- Your real unit volume over the trailing 24 months, split between FBA and merchant-fulfilled orders. If you fulfill orders yourself today, that split is the volume a prep center would take over.
- Amazon's prep requirement for every SKU in your catalog: poly bagging, bubble wrap, labeling, and the 13 other prep categories Amazon assigns per item. This comes from Amazon's own prep-instruction data, not from a questionnaire.
- What Amazon would charge you per unit to do that prep itself, from its published per-item prep fees, next to the $1.30/unit median entry price across the verified centers in our Pricing Index.
- Where your inbound shipments originate, so we can shortlist centers near your actual origin instead of asking you to pick a state from a dropdown.
The output is a written analysis plus a shortlist of 2 to 3 verified centers that fit your volume, prep mix, and geography. Every number in it is computed from your data or our published datasets. No model writes prose to you; the report is assembled from the same templates every seller gets.
What we access, and what we never access.
The application requests three read-only permission sets: Amazon Fulfillment (inbound shipments and prep instructions), Product Listing (your catalog and item attributes), and Inventory and Order Tracking (aggregate order counts). That is the complete list.
- No buyer data. We do not request any permission that carries customer names, addresses, or order-level personal information, and we could not read it if we wanted to.
- No writes. The application cannot change listings, prices, inventory, or anything else in your account.
- Your data is used to build your analysis and your match, and for nothing else. We never aggregate one seller's data into another seller's report; benchmarks come from our own published datasets.
- If we introduce you to a prep center, the center sees a summary you approve first (monthly units, SKU count, prep types needed), never your raw account data.
- Stored data is deleted after 18 months at the latest, or immediately on request. You can revoke the application's access in Seller Central at any time.
How matching works.
The same way it works for the match form: we shortlist 2 to 3 centers from our directory that fit your volume, prep requirements, and geography, and introduce you directly. Intros are free. Centers cannot pay to appear in a shortlist, and we do not take a cut of anything you agree with them. Every center we introduce has cleared our 4-point verification standard and carries a visible last-verified date.
The connect option exists because typed estimates are the weakest part of any intake form. It is optional and it always will be: the form stays, and sellers who have not launched on Amazon yet should use it, since a new account has no history to analyze.
