This is a v1 terms document that will be replaced with attorney-reviewed copy before sustained marketing campaigns. The substance — what we promise and don't — is accurate.
What this site is
fbaprepfinder is a directory of Amazon FBA prep centers, operated as a publication. We collect publicly available business information, run verification checks against that information, and publish what we find. We are not a marketplace, broker, or escrow. We do not facilitate transactions between prep centers and sellers.
Accuracy
We work to keep listings accurate. Our methodology is described at /methodology/. That said:
- We cannot guarantee a prep center's current capacity, pricing, certifications, or availability. Confirm directly.
- We cannot guarantee a center's quality of service or business relationship outcomes. Verification = "still operating + open for business" — not a quality endorsement.
- Information on tax-free states is mechanical orientation only and is not tax advice. Confirm with a CPA.
Listings + claims
Prep centers may claim their listing through our claim flow (magic-link verified via email-on-domain or DNS-TXT). Claimed listings can edit operational details. We retain the right to reject, modify, or remove any listing for any reason — most commonly: failure to clear our verification checks.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of, or reliance on, information published here. Your business decisions are your own.
