My Fulfillment Team is a family-owned prep center in Dresden, Tennessee, operating since 2014, with storage and a ready-ship e-commerce line behind the Amazon work. The rate card is the most itemized in this batch: standard processing is $1.45 per unit for 1 to 29 pieces and $1.15 from 30, covering receiving, unboxing, visual inspection and labeling. The $1.15 rate depends on reaching 30 pieces within seven days on their prep floor, after which the balance moves to storage or is billed at $1.80 a cubic foot per 30 days. Bagging runs $1.90, bubble wrapping $2.15 plus $0.55 per foot, bundles or multi-packs $3.05 up to 12 units, jewelry and books $1.90, shoes $2.85 a pair, and expiration or suffocation labels $0.10 each. A $10 minimum applies to every prep order, inventory arriving before it is entered in their software adds $0.50 a unit, and boxes run $2.45 to $7.25 separately. Storage is $0.70 per cubic foot per month with no long-term fee, after a one-time $189 setup. Processing is 24 to 48 hours, first in first out. Two cautions. They are not climate-controlled and take meltables only between October 16 and April 14. And their pages disagree about size, 100,000 sq ft on the homepage against a 10,000 sq ft warehouse on the pricing page.

Southern Trading Solutions is an owner-operated 3PL at 191 Charter Place in La Vergne, Tennessee, about 20 miles from downtown Nashville, in an 80,000 sq ft building the operator says is air conditioned throughout with 10 dock-high doors. Kitting and assembly is its main line, and its FBA prep page describes prep as work done by that kitting team: FNSKU labels printed and applied in-house, poly bagging and protective packaging, expiration and lot dating, inspection and rework, multipack builds, carton prep and case packing, and palletizing for LTL shipments to match your shipment plan. Bulk inventory can be stored between FBA shipments, and Amazon removal orders are received and inspected. The same building runs ecommerce, B2B, D2C and subscription fulfillment, with same-day parcel shipping on orders in by 11 a.m. CT. The company was registered in Tennessee in September 2022 and moved here from a smaller Gallatin warehouse. Cautions: FBA prep is quote-only with no published rates; there is no stated minimum, and the site says small unit counts are usually not worth the setup; freight to Amazon is booked by the seller or Amazon, not by them; and the dedicated FBA prep page went up in 2026, although FBA prep has been listed among its services since at least April 2024.

Warehousing Pro is a 3PL in Nashville, Tennessee, operating since 2013, covering warehouse storage, pick and pack, kitting and assembly, subscription box fulfillment, freight handling, cross docking and container devanning, with a dedicated Amazon FBA prep line. Their prep page walks through Amazon's own requirements in detail: FNSKU labels over the UPC, transparent poly bags at 1.5 mils or thicker carrying a barcode or ASIN label and a suffocation warning where parts are small, and wood pallets at 48 by 40 inches within 1,500 lbs and 72 inches. What it says about their own process is thinner, four workflow steps with one repeating another word for word. They split shipments across Amazon's designated fulfillment centers by small parcel or LTL. They handle the Seller Central shipping plan, packing lists and box content information. Pricing is quoted rather than published. One practical note. The contact page lists the two phone lines and a contact form but no email address; a sales email address appears in the site's terms of service. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.
