J&J Prep and Ship is an Amazon FBA prep center in Concord, North Carolina, registered with the state as J&J Prep and Ship, LLC in August 2025 (SOSID 3109528, Current-Active at our 2026-10-04 check). Its own copy describes FBA prep, labeling, product inspection and packaging and says it offers "optimized shipping plans". It takes quote requests by email, phone and a web form. Cautions, stated plainly. The price list on the site matches another prep center's published card line for line, and J&J did not answer our question about it, so we do not show those numbers as J&J's rates; get a written quote before you ship. The earliest public trace of the business we found is from January 2026, the current website dates from February 2026 and no archived copies of it exist, so its operating record is short. The site's separate contact page still shows a website template's placeholder email and a 555 phone number; use the Gmail address and phone on its homepage. No street address is published and the registered address is a residence, so confirm that the location can receive pallets or freight before sending inventory.

ShipOnTime is a 3PL in Henderson, North Carolina, operated by Northeast Online Services LLC (formed December 2015). FBA prep leads its services, alongside DTC and FBM fulfillment, B2B distribution, cross-docking, storage, returns and Amazon removal processing. Its prep page lists FNSKU labeling, polybagging with suffocation labels, bundles and multipacks, inspection and counting, carton forwarding and pallet preparation, and suppliers can ship cartons, pallets or containers straight to the warehouse. Published pricing: $0.65 per unit including receiving, repacking and box labels, for products under 4 lb with at least 24 units per SKU; polybagging is $0.35 a unit, 2-pack bundles $1.25, palletizing $20 a pallet and pallet storage $0.83 a day. A $75 work-order minimum and a $150 combined monthly minimum apply, and it quotes 1 to 4 days for standard prep. An older prep page on the site says it handles hazmat items; its newer industry pages say hazardous products are accepted only after document review, depending on the product, storage and carrier. Cautions: the site says it has served brands since 2015, but in 2016 shipontime.com was a fragrance and beauty store, and FBA prep services first appear on it in 2019. Its terms add a 15% markup on shipping, a 5% card fee and a $200 fee without 60 days' cancellation notice, and say stored goods are not insured by the company and that accounts with no activity or invoice for more than 60 days are suspended and their goods disposed of without notice.

Carolina Prep & Ship is a family-owned Amazon FBA and e-commerce prep center operating from a 55,000 square foot warehouse in Apex, North Carolina, near Raleigh. Per-unit prep starts at $0.65 (receiving and inspection, FNSKU labeling, box pack and label), with add-ons for poly bagging, bubble wrap, and bundling published openly. Beyond FBA prep, the operation also offers storage and FBM, direct-to-consumer, and B2B order fulfillment for Walmart, eBay, and other channels, so it is multi-service with FBA prep as the lead. It handles single-SKU boxes through multi-pallet, multi-SKU shipments.

Warehouse Republic is an operator-led 3PL running two fulfillment centers, Ontario, California and Kernersville, North Carolina, on a single service agreement. The Kernersville building is 94,454 square feet with 12 dock doors, sited on I-40 at Union Cross Road in the Greensboro Triad. The FBA prep page is unusually specific about inbound work: per-unit FNSKU label application, UPC sticker placement, suffocation labels on poly bags and Amazon prep-type matching; multi-unit polybags, gift bundles, multipacks and shrink wrap, with bundle SKUs kept separate from individual SKUs so the inbound does not conflict with the listing; and case-packing to Amazon's case quantity with outer carton labeling, pallet-build photography and direct inbound to the assigned fulfillment center, tracking and bill of lading filed against the shipment ID. Inbound SKUs are matched to the FBA shipment ID created in Seller Central, and carton dimensions and weights are logged back to the Seller Central inbound. Both founders were FBA sellers first. Cautions. No prep rate card is published, only a commitment that per-unit, per-bundle and per-case line items are shown before the work. No phone number appears on the site. The three customer quotes are attributed only to "Verified customer", so we have not reproduced them, and the accuracy and volume figures are self-reported.

LogiPrep is a North Carolina 3PL in Elkin running warehousing and storage, pick and pack fulfillment, returns management, freight services and Amazon FBA prep. The prep page is the most specific part of the site. FNSKU labeling is described as meeting Amazon barcode requirements so units check in cleanly at the fulfillment center, inspection covers manufacturer defects and transit damage before products reach Amazon, packaging compliance covers poly-bagging and bubble wrap, bundling and kitting produce multipacks labeled to FBA program requirements, and box and pallet prep covers carton labeling, weight compliance and pallet preparation to Amazon shipment specifications. It also consolidates multi-supplier inventory into single shipments and reworks mislabeled or damaged units. Stated turnaround is 24 to 48 hours from receipt, with no contracts, no upfront fees and no minimums. Cautions. The site advertises a "Zero Rejection Rate", "100% Compliant prep" and a guarantee of compliance, absolutes that no prep operation can substantiate. The homepage also claims more than 9,000 customers against 300,000 units fulfilled a year, which works out at 33 units per customer and does not reconcile. Rates appear only in a pricing calculator linked from the homepage, not on the site's pages: it prices FBA fulfillment at $0.20 a unit, with unit receiving at $0.10, unit labeling at $0.20 and polybags at $0.25, each billed separately, so an FNSKU-labeled unit costs at least $0.40 before receiving. The North Carolina registration lists a Maryland principal office address, which is also where the published phone number's area code points. LogiPrep separately sells discounted inventory out of the same warehouse through its own store.

Reconxx is an ecommerce 3PL at 245 Orbit Rd in Statesville, North Carolina, about 30 minutes north of Charlotte on the I-77 corridor. It was started as the fulfillment arm of a rope and cordage brand run by its founder, Mike Shelley, and now runs contract warehousing, Shopify and single-unit DTC fulfillment, returns and retailer B2B orders alongside Amazon FBA prep. The prep page lists FNSKU labeling, UPC and EAN barcoding, poly bagging with suffocation warnings, bundling and kitting, bubble wrap for fragile items, carton labels for the shipment plan, and palletized or carton shipments direct to the assigned fulfillment center, with inbound photos for disputes. It states that FBA prep typically costs $0.85 to $2.50 per unit depending on complexity, with volume tiers above 5,000 units a month; exact prices are quoted per program. There are no order minimums or long-term contracts. Cautions: the site footer says founded 2010, but the only state record we found is an LLC formed in March 2021, and archived copies of this business's site start in 2023. Its itemized FBA prep list and price range date from a May 2026 site rebuild; earlier versions of the site, back to 2023, offered FBA prep without listing the steps. That registry entry is marked not current on its annual report. The claim of millions of units prepped without rejection is the operator's own.

Newl is a Canada-U.S. warehousing, fulfillment and freight company with two hubs: a 55,000 sq ft warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario, and a 35,000 sq ft warehouse at 4841 Sandy Porter Road in Charlotte, North Carolina. This listing covers the Charlotte site, run by its U.S. subsidiary, Newell's Express Worldwide Logistics USA Inc. Amazon FBA prep is one line next to pallet storage, ecommerce and B2B fulfillment, cross-border transfers and freight. The Charlotte FBA prep page is specific: unit-level FNSKU labeling with ASIN matching, carton and shipment labels, polybagging, bundling and kitting, relabeling, FBA-ready pallet builds, and overflow storage outside Amazon with staged replenishment batches. Label, prep and pallet rules are set per SKU during onboarding, before stock is released to Amazon. Pricing is quoted after you share SKU count, monthly volume and carton and pallet profiles; no rates are published. Cautions: the site says the business started in 1989 with one truck, but the Canadian federal corporation on record was incorporated in 2011 and the U.S. subsidiary was formed in December 2022. The FDA-registered facility claim and the accuracy figures on the homepage are the operator's own and were not verified. The Charlotte phone number carries a Delaware area code.

Shaw 3PL (Shaw Distribution and 3PL) is a small warehousing and fulfillment company at 1910 Garner Station Blvd in Raleigh, North Carolina, working from a 7,000 sq ft facility. The site says it was founded by Matt Shaw after more than a decade selling on Amazon, and the business has run under this name since at least early 2022. It serves three kinds of clients: Amazon FBA sellers, DTC and Shopify brands, and B2B and retail accounts. The FBA line covers FNSKU labeling, poly bagging, bundling, shipment creation and shipping into Amazon fulfillment centers, plus AWD cross-docking. Other lines are DTC pick, pack and ship with same-day shipping capability, retail routing-guide compliance, pallet building and LTL freight, and pallet and bin storage. Each client gets a dedicated Slack channel and talks to the same person every time, per the site. Pricing is by custom quote; no rates are published. Cautions: the prep line is described in one paragraph and there is no dedicated prep page, so ask about volumes, turnaround and label handling before sending stock. The facility is small, and the site does not name its legal entity. The 11-year Amazon track record is the founder's own claim.

SML Fulfillment is an independently owned North Carolina 3PL in Statesville, on the I-40 and I-77 corridor, handling warehousing, order processing and shipping. Kitting and FBA prep run on one service line: multi-item kits assembled to a bill of materials, inserts, labels and presentation specified for a repeatable build, and Amazon FBA preparation, which the page describes only as labeling and carton work scoped against the current program requirements. The workflow ends with a handoff that routes finished units to the intended channel. Supplements and nutraceuticals are a named category. The site names no staff. Cautions. The company was formed in February 2024, so its operating history is under three years. FBA prep is one item inside a kitting page rather than its own service, with no published rate, no turnaround commitment and no mention of FNSKU labeling, so confirm the exact prep scope before sending inventory.
