Prep is the only line with published rates: four volume bands at $1.25, $1.00, $0.80 and $0.60, each covering receiving, inspection and FNSKU labeling, with up to a three-pack included and $0.50 for anything larger. They print the rate "Per ASIN" against bands measured in units a month, so confirm which one you are billed on. Beyond labeling they list bundling and kitting, poly bagging, bubble wrapping, shrink wrapping, expiration date labeling, carton forwarding and Amazon shipment creation, and they take temperature-sensitive goods like chocolate that most prep centers decline. Three cautions worth checking before you commit. Their own pages give three different warehouse sizes, from 30,000 sq ft to 25,000 sqm, and two different staff counts. Nice Commerce is an ecommerce fulfillment company with an East Coast warehouse at 7791 Palmetto Commerce Pkwy in North Charleston, South Carolina, and a West Coast site in Salt Lake City, Utah. The main line is direct-to-consumer order fulfillment for online brands (the site says orders placed by noon ET ship the same day), plus B2B and wholesale orders, kitting and inventory management with lot and expiration tracking. The help center prices unit labeling at $0.50 per unit including labor, labels and handling, says FBA prep per-unit rates fall with volume, and bills Seller Central admin time at $45 per hour. Everything else is quoted after a discovery call. The prep line is concrete: inbound freight unloaded and counted against the bill of lading, FNSKU labels plus expiration and warning labels applied to Amazon's current spec, poly bags and bubble wrap, multi-pack and bundle builds with tamper seals, then the shipment plan built in Seller Central with Amazon and carrier labels and dock pickup scheduled. Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours with same-day rush available, there is no hard unit minimum, and they take container freight with drayage from the Port of Charleston about three hours away. They also process Amazon removals and decide per unit whether to relabel and resend, repack or scrap. They publish their certificates rather than just naming them: WBENC national women's business enterprise certification number WBE1700481, granted in March 2017 and current to March 2027, and WOSB certification number WOSB260492 naming Ada Wallace as majority owner. The ISO 9001:2015 claim is stated but no certificate is published. Pricing is quote-only.
