And every email link on the site points at prepare-center.com, the operator's own former domain, which no longer exists, so use the address shown, support@mpfs.pro, rather than clicking through. No phone number is published. The claim of operating since 2018 checks out: the former domain is archived running an Amazon prep center in Michigan City, Indiana back to 2017.

There are no subscriptions or monthly minimums; new clients pay a one-time $25 account setup fee. Read the limits before you ship, because they are stated openly. They do not take online arbitrage. They work Small Standard and Large Standard size tiers, with anything larger quoted separately, as are glass with liquids, book bundles and meltables. The pricing page also lists hazmat among the quoted extras, but the owner updated this listing on October 5, 2026 to say they do not accept hazmat, so this profile records it as a no. The prep rates sit in an image table rather than the page text: $0.80 per unit for a single unit and $1.30 to $2.05 per bundle by item count, flat rates that cover the steps above. The same table prices glass containing liquid from $1.10 for a single unit to $2.60 for a 6-pack, even though the page text puts glass with liquids on the quote list. The site dates the business to 1981 as MKM Trucking; the Indiana corporation on record, MKM Distribution Services, Inc., was formed in April 1986. The testimonials on the site are anonymous. Ask for a written prep rate card and the FNSKU labeling process before sending inventory.

The business has been online as IDS Fulfillment since at least 2009. Pricing is quote-based and starts with a discovery call. Cautions: IDS pitches itself to brands that have outgrown basic 3PLs, so very small or new sellers may not fit. Its Amazon page first appeared in late 2025, does not describe FNSKU handling, carton labeling or shipment-plan work, and does not say which building handles Amazon inbound.
