Oversize and fragile items add $1. They take floor-loaded containers at $300 for a 20 foot and $500 for a 40 foot. Their own software connects to Seller Central to build the inbound shipment, confirm dimensions and weight, and buy the labels without needing permissions on your Amazon account. Turnaround is stated at 24 to 48 hours on a first-in first-out basis, and they load LTL and small parcel daily with forklifts, docks and automated pallet wrapping. The Better Business Bureau records the business as started on 1 May 2017, organized as a limited liability company, accredited since November 2020 and rated A+. Two cautions. No email address is published anywhere on the site; the quoting address on this listing came to us in writing from the company's owner in September 2026. The published address is a downtown street address, not obviously the warehouse floor.

LuckyPrep runs a warehouse at 940 Woodlands Parkway in Vernon Hills, Illinois, north of Chicago, and positions itself as both a 3PL and an Amazon prep center. They also split inbound shipments across fulfillment centers to cut Amazon fees. Stated turnaround is 24 to 72 business hours, longer around Prime Day and Q4. The FAQ is unusually direct about limits, which is useful before you ship anything: no hazmat at all, nothing over 24 inches on its longest side or over 20 pounds without express permission, no used goods, no customer returns, and receiving only between 9am and 4pm on weekdays. Cautions worth knowing. There is no prep rate card, so every price is a quote. No phone number appears anywhere on the site. The homepage shows FDA and GDP certificate badges with no registration number and no supporting text, both unverified. The claim to be the largest prep center in Illinois at 25,000 square feet is theirs alone and unconfirmed. Trustpilot carries three reviews, averaging 2.9 out of 5, too thin to read much into.

AZK Prep Center works out of Suite D at 1785 W Cortland Ct in Addison, Illinois, west of Chicago, prepping for Amazon, Shopify, eBay and TikTok Shop. It is not a bundled per-unit shop: pricing is a-la-carte, with FNSKU and shipping labeling at $0.40 a unit, polybag $0.30, shrinkwrap $0.25, bubblewrap $0.35 and fixed bundle packs from $0.25 for a pack of 2 to $2.45 for a pack of 12. Storage is $8 per carton or $40 per pallet a month with the first 5 days free, and FBM orders run $1.80. Stated prep turnaround is 48 business hours from receipt, and clients track inventory through a portal at inventory.azkprepcenter.com. Three things to weigh. Shipment coordination runs through a WhatsApp group, with prescribed label formats. The site's footer copyright still reads 2024. And this is a suite-based operation rather than a standalone warehouse, so confirm capacity before committing volume.

Midwest 3PL Solutions is a small FBA prep and storage operation in Quincy, Illinois, on the Mississippi River in the west of the state. It has run this website since 2020 and was incorporated in Illinois in October 2022; the corporation is in good standing. The core service is Amazon inbound prep: stock ships from your supplier to what it describes as a climate-controlled warehouse, where it is counted and inspected for defects against Amazon standards, poly bagged or bubble wrapped if needed, labeled with FNSKU and expiration labels, boxed in the right outbound carton size and sent on to an Amazon warehouse. The site also lists bundling, storage ahead of shipping, help holding the minimum inventory levels Amazon suggests, and merchant-fulfilled (FBM) order fulfillment. Pricing is quote-only; no rates are published. Cautions: the site's content has barely changed since 2021, and beyond the six-step process its service pages are short and general. No phone number is published anywhere, so email and the web form are the only ways in. The single testimonial on the site is anonymous and is not repeated here. The street address now shown, 426 State Street, is a multi-tenant commercial building and not the one the site listed in 2021; we have not confirmed it as the warehouse, and we found no independent reviews of the service.

Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS prep center in Huntley, IL, operating FBA prep since 2017 under parent AMSCO Distributing LLC, with the dedicated amscoprep.com brand domain spun out in 2024. End-to-end FBA compliance: FNSKU labeling, polybagging, kitting, bundling, case forwarding, returns processing. Amazon's Service Provider Network directory lists AMSCO Prep as an FBA Preparation provider (checked October 10, 2026). Most prep jobs complete 24-72 hours after check-in. Hazmat is handled only on a limited basis, with account pre-approval. Its sister division AMSCO Fulfillment, in the same building, handles DTC, B2B and subscription-box fulfillment for sellers running multi-channel inventory. Prep is priced on a custom quote built around your volume; the posted terms list a non-refundable startup fee credited back on your invoice, a minimum spend from $150 per active month, and no long-term contract.

CGA Logistics is the fulfillment and warehousing arm of The Carlson Group, a retail-display marketing and manufacturing company, and operates from 1206 Nagel Blvd in Batavia, Illinois, west of Chicago. CGA Logistics is a name used by Carlson Group Advisors LLC, formed in Illinois in 2018 and re-registered as a Florida company in 2020. It handles ecommerce, omnichannel, B2B and crowdfunding fulfillment, container unloading and storage, and runs an FBA prep line. Its FBA prep page describes receiving and checking inbound containers, pallets or parcels against expected quantities, packing shipments with dimensions and weights confirmed, printing and applying the required labels, placing FNSKU labels so they stay visible outside the packaging, adding fragile, heavy or lithium-ion warning stickers, protecting fragile and liquid items, and repackaging and labeling individual units for sets or poly bags. It says it runs a Seller Fulfilled Prime warehouse, charges no setup fee and will start with a single pallet. Cautions: no prep rates are published, so pricing is by quote, and the prep page describes its steps in general terms, so confirm poly bagging and bundling for your SKUs before sending inventory.

Peoria Production Solutions is a not-for-profit contract packaging, assembly and fulfillment company in Peoria, Illinois, registered as Peoria Production Shop (an Illinois not-for-profit incorporated in 1951) and run from two buildings on West Townline Road. It employs people with disabilities and does kitting, sub-assembly, secondary and retail-ready packaging, auto bagging, labeling, palletizing, sewing and rework for manufacturers, plus ecommerce and subscription box fulfillment. The domain was registered in April 2020 and the business appears in archived captures from October 2020. Cautions: the site never mentions FNSKU labeling, polybagging, carton labels, or shipment plan creation, so confirm standard FBA prep work, not only kitting, before sending inventory. The site gives 200,000 square feet of storage and a 10,000 square foot kitting area. Pricing is quote-based. Cautions: the nav advertises a Chicago fulfillment center, but the only street addresses published are in Waukegan and Zion, both north of the city. The site claims more than 35 years in business and its LinkedIn profile says 1981, but the operating company, a Delaware LLC, dates its Illinois trade name and its domain to May 2017, so the earlier history is unconfirmed.

Docknload Logistics is a third-party fulfillment warehouse in Skokie, Illinois, just north of Chicago. It runs e-commerce order fulfillment, storage, cross-docking and kitting next to an Amazon FBA prep line. On the prep side it creates FBA shipment plans without asking for the seller's Amazon login, then labels, polybags and bundles to Amazon's requirements. Published rates: FNSKU labeling $0.25, FBA box label $0.50, poly bagging $0.65, bundling $0.75; receiving $1 per carton or $11.50 per pallet; storage $0.30 per cubic foot or $15 per pallet; fulfillment $2 per order plus $0.50 per additional item. Special projects are quoted. The site says there are no order minimums or monthly fees, and an archived copy of its pricing page shows a priced FBA prep line in September 2022. The company is registered in Illinois as Docknload Logistics LLC, formed March 2022. The Skokie address, 7700 Austin Avenue, comes from the site's business data and matches freight and map directories; commercial property listings describe it as a single-story industrial warehouse. The operator gives the facility as 40,000 sq ft. Cautions: the visible pages print no street address and no phone number, only an email and a quote form. Prep is one line in a general 3PL, not a specialist operation.

MAI Fulfillment is an Illinois 3PL at 2550 Northwest Parkway in Elgin, established in 1981, running direct-to-consumer and B2B fulfillment, high-volume and omnichannel programs, warehousing, cross docking, kitting, subscription boxes and freight brokerage, with warehouses in the Chicago area and California. On Amazon specifically the company offers full-service FBA prep covering product inspection, labeling, poly bagging, bundling, kitting, packaging and carton forwarding, all performed in-house, with a 24 to 48 hour turnaround and same-day processing available for time-sensitive shipments. It integrates directly with Seller Central for inventory sync and order tracking, supports both FBA and FBM with inventory split across fulfillment methods, and sets no minimum, taking anything from 50 units to 5,000. Temperature-controlled space is offered for supplements, cosmetics and skincare. Cautions. The site lists FDA registration and an AIB certification as reasons to choose MAI but shows no registration number or certificate, so we record both as the company's own statements. No prep rate appears anywhere. Most importantly, no email address is published on any page, so the phone line and the quote form are the only ways to reach them.

Shipux fulfills from Downers Grove, Illinois, in the western Chicago suburbs. The homepage sells Shopify fulfillment for wellness brands, supplements, skincare, subscription boxes and fitness gear, so Amazon prep here is a secondary line rather than the main business. The prep line is real and priced in public. Per-unit prep runs $0.80 for 1 to 500 units per order, $0.70 for 501 to 1,000, $0.60 for 1,001 to 10,000 and $0.45 above that. The three tiers above 500 units are each marked as covering up to five FNSKUs; the entry tier lists no FNSKU allowance. Bundles of up to six items are $1.25 each, inspection without prep is $0.65 per item, and every inbound shipment carries 14 days of free storage before pallet rates start. They also price FBA removal orders from $1.50 per item and returns processing from $2.50. The company says it started in 2017 as an FBA prep center before pivoting to Shopify wellness work, and the domain has been registered since December 2016. Two cautions. The scale figures, 1,600 brands served and a 4,700 square foot warehouse, are the operator's own and we could not confirm them. The published address is a suite number, so the mailing address and the warehouse floor may not be the same place.

PrepFort runs a Wood Dale, Illinois facility at 210 Mittel Dr, minutes from O'Hare, and sells itself as a full 3PL with Amazon FBA prep as one of several lines. The others are Walmart WFS prep, B2B and retail distribution over EDI, crowdfunding kitting for Kickstarter and Indiegogo, corporate gifting, contract packaging and DTC fulfillment. The prep workflow is documented step by step: receive, count and inspect every unit with discrepancies reported before prep starts, then FNSKU labeling, poly bagging with suffocation warnings and expiration or lot checks, then bundles built and labeled as single sellable units, then box content data, carton labels, palletizing and shipment to your assigned fulfillment centers with tracking. Prep is priced in public by pack size: $0.65 per unit for packs of one to three, $0.95 for four to six, $1.25 for seven to nine, with bubble wrap at $0.50 per square foot and palletizing at $30. The $300 minimum on that page belongs to their ecommerce fulfillment calculator, not to prep. Storage is billed separately at $40 per pallet. The company dates itself to 2021 and the domain registration agrees. Two cautions. The 30,000 square foot figure is their own. So is the repeated claim to be an Amazon-vetted prep provider, which we could not confirm from any Amazon source.

Chicago Warehouse 3PL operates from 3301 West 47th Place on Chicago's southwest side, running three lines: Amazon FBA prep, ecommerce pick and pack, and warehouse storage. The prep workflow is set out in three stages with the steps named under each. Inbound covers receiving, shipment inspection, product counting and damage inspection. Outbound covers Amazon shipment preparation, box content labeling, carton preparation, freight coordination, and LTL and pallet shipments with tracking. Illinois records the company as incorporated in September 2022 at the same address the site publishes, and the domain predates that filing by eleven weeks, so the four-year history checks out. The warehouse is staffed Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. Three gaps to weigh. No prices are published anywhere, though the site says there are no monthly minimums. No email address is published either, so first contact has to be the phone or the web form. And the Reviews page linked in the site's own navigation is empty, so there is no public feedback to read.
