Network Prep is an Amazon FBA prep center in sales-tax-free Lafayette, Oregon, founded in late 2019 by Chaz and Trista Leslie of the Side Hustle Network YouTube channel. Cautions: the Oregon LLC was filed in September 2025, but the operator's Instagram launch post is dated November 2025 and the site first appears in the web archive in January 2026. The site never mentions FNSKU labeling; their own text on another directory and an August 2026 job ad describe labeling, so confirm it is in the per-unit rate. There is no phone or street address on the site; Oregon's registry lists a unit in a shared warehouse building on NW Nicolai St, and contact is a Gmail address.

It also handles inventory management, merchant-fulfilled (FBM) orders, hazmat, oversize, and LTL palletized shipping. The team bills per completed shipment with no contract and quotes a 48 to 72 hour turnaround once products are received. The center describes itself as a full-service 3PL, so confirm scope and current capacity before committing.

Upstate Prep is a 3PL in Fountain Inn, South Carolina, which they describe as an hour south of Amazon's CLT2, running FBA prep alongside e-commerce fulfillment, temperature-controlled storage, CBD fulfillment and hazardous materials shipping. Prep is the only line with published rates: four volume bands at $1.25, $1.00, $0.80 and $0.60, each covering receiving, inspection and FNSKU labeling, with up to a three-pack included and $0.50 for anything larger. They print the rate "Per ASIN" against bands measured in units a month, so confirm which one you are billed on. Beyond labeling they list bundling and kitting, poly bagging, bubble wrapping, shrink wrapping, expiration date labeling, carton forwarding and Amazon shipment creation, and they take temperature-sensitive goods like chocolate that most prep centers decline. Three cautions worth checking before you commit. Their own pages give three different warehouse sizes, from 30,000 sq ft to 25,000 sqm, and two different staff counts. And the site describes its storage as FDA-certified, a claim we have not confirmed and do not assert. The footer is also still on theme defaults underneath: the email and phone display correctly but link to contact@mysite.com and 123-456-7890, and the social icons link nowhere. Copy the address rather than clicking it.

Every client gets one fixed ship day a week rather than a turnaround clock, shipments under 35 items carry a $10 fee, and shipments Amazon splits across three or more fulfillment centers add 10% to the invoice. E-commerce fulfillment, Shopify, TikTok and warehousing run alongside. The rate card is published in full, down to container unloading and the hourly labour rate, with prep from $0.45 a unit at 1,000-plus per ASIN to $1.20 in the 1 to 20 band, a $100 shipment minimum, and explicit x2 surcharges for oversize or overweight goods. Two cautions. The About page says the warehouse was established in 2020, but the domain dates to March 2021 and the Florida LLC to February 2023. The three homepage testimonials are templated, with two different names sharing one job title, so treat them as decoration.

PrepVia is an Amazon FBA prep center in Miami trading as Prepvia LLC, registered in Florida in April 2025. The warehouse sits in the industrial belt near Miami International, which is the point: the site documents container unloading, floor-loaded FCL intake and DDP versus DDU handling for importers, alongside standard FNSKU labeling, shrink wrapping, poly bagging, kitting and outbound to Amazon fulfillment centers. FBM, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, TikTok and B2B outbound run from the same inventory. Turnaround is stated at 24 to 36 hours. A FastLane program promises prep to FBA check-in in 35 hours or the prep is free, but it is limited to seven named fulfillment centers, requires Amazon Freight FTL and API integration, and excludes fragile goods. Some rates are published: FNSKU $0.40 a unit, shrink wrap $0.35, poly bag $0.30, storage $0.07 per cubic foot per day, free receiving. Several lines read add-on with no figure and base pricing is set on a call, so get a written quote. Two things to read correctly. The Forbes Business Council badge is a paid membership and the linked Forbes article is a member contribution, not press coverage. The Florida registration lists a residential condo address, not the warehouse.

TosPrep is the trading name of Tos Prep Service LLC, an Orlando, Florida operator working out of 8901 Boggy Creek Road near the airport freight corridor. Florida records the LLC as formed in January 2020 and the domain was registered the same month, so the site's 'over 5 years' claim lines up with the record. Two cautions. The site gives conflicting turnaround answers, promising same-day shipping on the homepage banner while the FAQ on the same page says one business day for DTC and two for Amazon and Walmart. And the rate card has typos in its own tier boundaries, so confirm which band you fall into before sending inventory.

Pick and Pack Prepping is a Wytheville, Virginia prep center that handles Amazon FBA prep as its main line and adds pick and pack fulfillment, including Seller Fulfilled Prime, as a second. They cannot accept freight deliveries and do not handle used inventory. They do not publish the warehouse street address, releasing it only after signup, so this listing is city level. The company also holds a motor carrier registration as Triple P Trucking, and federal records show that authority was revoked in April 2025 for refusal of audit or no contact.

Cautions, plainly: Google shows a 4.0 rating across 12 reviews (re-read 2026-09-22), nine five-star and three one-star; the one-star reviews are seven to eight years old and concern billing and refund follow-through and responsiveness, every review from the last four years is five-star, and the site's review widget shows only five five-star reviews with no aggregate figure; the pricing page states there are no sign-up fees while a live $150 sign-up-fee product exists in the site's web shop.
