One Stop Prep is a Nashua, New Hampshire operator registered as an LLC in July 2022 and in Good Standing on the state register, working out of office and warehouse space at 1 Chestnut Street. It was a pure Amazon prep center as recently as January 2025 and now runs as a full-service 3PL covering DTC, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, returns recovery, and storage, which is how we type it. The prep line is still the only service it prices publicly, and that card is more detailed than any other third-party logistics operator we list: online arbitrage at $1.47 per unit on shipments over 50 items, falling to $1.35 above 15,000 units, wholesale at $0.97 falling to $0.85, and merchant fulfilled orders at $2.99 plus $0.50 per additional item. Two things to weigh before you send inventory. A 250-unit monthly minimum applies with a $99 monthly fee below it, and Amazon sellers need a Professional Seller account, so this is a poor fit for low or seasonal volume. And the homepage timeline claims a 2018 founding that the New Hampshire register, the domain record, and the operator's own About page all put at 2022. Its published customer and order counts do not reconcile with each other either, so treat every volume figure on the site as unverified.

Online arbitrage $1.47/unit on shipments over 50 items, tiering to $1.42 (1K-5K), $1.40 (5K-10K), $1.37 (10K-15K), $1.35 (15K+). Wholesale $0.97/unit over 50 items, tiering to $0.92 / $0.90 / $0.87 / $0.85. FBM $2.99 per order plus $0.50 per additional item, same-day dispatch if submitted before 11 AM. Shipments under 50 items fall under a separate FBA Shipment fee held in a collapsed accordion the site never renders, so ask for it in writing. A la carte: kitting $1.99/unit, carrier label purchase $3 per label plus label cost, photography $5/product, scan invoices $2, ship invoices $5 plus postage, return to supplier or removal $0.99/item, additional work $15 per 15 minutes, palletizing $25/pallet, new boxes $1.99 to $3.98, shoe verification +$0.50/pair. STORAGE TERMS CONFLICT on the operator's own pages: the pricing page and FAQ read 15 days free then $150 per pallet per month prorated daily (pallet = 40x48x42 in), while Terms 4.1 reads 30 days free then $0.05 per day up to 90 days with no unit stated. Different windows and different rate structures, so get storage terms in writing. Items are abandoned after 90 days under Terms 4.1 and 5.1. Turnaround is not published on the live site. Hazmat: the FAQ says yes to anything eligible for sale on Amazon except climate-controlled items, which makes it conditional on Amazon's own hazmat approval. GATE: 250 outbound items per month minimum with a $99/month low-volume fee below it (pricing banner, FAQ, Terms 3.3), and Amazon sellers must hold a Professional Seller account.
