Shane Hanson founded it; its Missouri registration, filed in September 2018, names him as registered agent. On the Amazon side the company names FNSKU labeling, bundling, pallet prep, routing preparation, carton compliance and shipment verification, then FBM pick and pack with shipping coordination and tracking for direct-to-consumer orders. The prep page names those services but does not describe the workflow behind them, so ask how inventory is received, checked and shipped before you commit. Inventory sits in one central Missouri warehouse, in space the company places inside the Springfield Underground complex and says it keeps at about 64 to 69 degrees F and 30 to 50 percent relative humidity, and ecommerce orders received by 1pm ship the same day. Amazon, Shopify, subscription and wholesale orders draw on the same inventory pool. The supplements page lists FBA preparation for supplement brands, and the facilities page says it takes applicable packaged food and beverage in controlled ambient storage, not refrigerated or frozen. On hazmat, the services page says the team ships aerosols, peroxide developers and lighteners when the brand supplies safety data sheets, and other pages describe IATA certification for eligible dangerous-goods shipments. Nothing on the site covers batteries, so confirm in writing which hazard classes it takes into FBA before you ship. Cautions. No prep rate and no turnaround time appear anywhere on the site, so both have to come out of a quote call. The FDA registration the site claims (food, cosmetics and medical implements) and its IATA certification carry no registration number or certificate on the page, so we record them as the company's own statements rather than as verified. The homepage's "30+ years of operational experience" is not the company's age, which dates to 2018; a 2023 podcast bio credits the founder with over 30 years in distribution. The website has been live since March 2022.
