By the sheet's OA / Wholesale Items tab, basic FBA prep starts at $2.00 per unit for a unit that needs only its FNSKU label in its smallest tier (Tier One, 0-49 units), with receiving, inspection, FNSKU labeling, suffocation warning labels and shipment prep included, plus $1 per outbound package and a $50 monthly account activity fee that the sheet calls waivable for more than 100 units or 50 books shipped per calendar month; the rate falls to $1.20 per unit in the tab's largest tier, the tab does not say whether its tiers count units per shipment or per month, and every tier above the first carries a '5 Units per Sku Minimum'. The Service List tab says Unit Prep 'Includes all Amazon required prep except bubblewrap'.
