They put their daily capacity at about 200 to 300 distinct SKUs in direct-to-consumer orders (their figure, September 2026). The prep rate card is the most detailed we have seen from a 3PL: FNSKU labeling on a six-step curve from $1.20 a unit at 1 to 50 units per ASIN down to $0.52 at 1000 or more, sets and bundles from $1.25 with FNSKU and polybag included, bubble-wrapped bundles from $1.50 with triple bubble wrap as standard, FBA removal orders at $1.20 to $1.75 a unit depending on batch size, pallet assembly at $50 and box forwarding from $3.00. Storage runs FIFO with expiration-date tracking. Minimum invoice is $45. Contact runs by email, by phone on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm Eastern, or through a Telegram support bot. In September 2026 they sent us a screenshot of their FDA food facility registration showing it valid; that covers food and supplements, not cosmetics. Their acceptable-products policy accepts one kind of hazmat: Class 3 flammable liquids limited to perfumery (alcohol-based fragrance), with a current safety data sheet, shipped by DHL Ground and USPS Ground. Aerosols, lithium batteries and all other hazardous goods are not accepted by default, and each hazmat product needs written disclosure before it is sent to them (safety data sheet, UN number, DOT or IATA class) and their written acceptance in advance. The same policy line covers prep and shipment of approved fragrance products to Amazon FBA.

Re-read 2026-09-30: receiving is also listed per unit ($0.15 standard size) and per box ($2.00 standard size). The card says the warehouse counts the units in each carton by default and accepts sealed cartons or unopened pallets without a count only when the client asks, but does not say when the per-unit rate applies and when the per-box rate does. Units without a scannable barcode get an internal barcode label at $0.15 per unit, and each product variant (size, color, scent) must carry its own barcode. Inactive inventory (no outbound shipments for 90+ days) is subject to a 30% surcharge on current rates. The first month of storage is $15.00 per pallet. Rates are for items under $100.00.
