The base rate is $0.75 per unit, which covers receiving, inspection, photos when a problem is found, FNSKU labeling, sticker removal and drop-off with UPS, USPS or FedEx. Add-ons are priced individually: $0.25 for a poly bag with suffocation warning, $0.40 for bubble wrapping, $1.00 for oversize packaging. Storage is free for the first 30 days, then $15 a month per box or $25 a month per pallet. There is no membership fee and no minimum order. Read the limits before shipping: books and any item over 20 inches on its longest side are refused, and inventory not listed on your spreadsheet is disposed of after 30 days. Two inconsistencies on the site: the rate card sells returns receiving at $2.00 a unit while the terms say they do not work with returns, and one step names the company Precision Prep. The domain dates to January 2024, and no Florida corporation is registered under the Precise Prep name. Our automated mailbox checks on the published email address gave mixed results between September 14 and October 5, 2026, so the phone or WhatsApp is the more reliable first contact.

Pailsail is an FBA prep center in Tampa, Florida, run by Pailsail LLC, a Florida company formed in May 2024. It works from Unit H1 at 5806 N 53rd St, a ReadySpaces building that rents small warehouse units, and takes cartons and pallets at docks 4 and 5. Its per-unit rate includes receiving and unit counts, FNSKU labeling, sticker and price-tag removal, packaging materials and Seller Central shipment setup, with 14 days of free storage. Wholesale and private-label units cost $1.40 each up to 499 a month, $1.25 from 500, $1.10 from 1,000 and $0.95 from 2,500 to 4,999, with 5,000 or more quoted on request; online and retail arbitrage units cost $0.20 more at each tier. Add-ons: poly bags $0.50, bubble wrap $0.75, shrink wrap $1.00, bundles from $1.45, returns $1.75, and a $50 minimum per shipment after the first. It ships small parcel and LTL to Amazon and also handles FBM orders. Hazmat and aerosols are not accepted. Cautions: the company and its domain date from 2024, but the only archived captures of the domain, from 2025, are error pages, and we found no independent record of the prep service itself, its testimonials are anonymous, and its listed phone, used for WhatsApp, has a Minnesota area code.

The Discount Prep is an Amazon FBA prep center at 1420 Gemini Blvd, Suite 12, in Orlando, Florida, run as the prep and 3PL arm of Cake Brands USA, a wholesale distributor of baking and grocery products at the same address. Prep is the main offer and the rate card is published: FNSKU labeling $0.50 per unit including dunnage, repacking and box labels; polybag or bubble bag plus FNSKU $1.15; bundling plus FNSKU from $1.25 for a two-item set to $2.50 for seven or more; carton forwarding and inspection $30 per hour; palletization $40 per pallet. Inbound inspection, leak clean-up and damage photos are part of the workflow, and shipments leave on Amazon's partnered UPS or LTL carriers. A second line handles FBM orders at $3.00 to $7.50 per unit by size, with pallet storage at $45 per month. The site states a 24 to 48 hour prep window. Its homepage offers five business days of free storage, while its July 2025 price list says seven days, in the first month only. Cautions: the site now says it has served sellers since 2018 and an earlier version said since 2012, but the domain was registered in March 2022 and the Florida LLC that owns the trade name was formed in January 2021. The 2,000+ businesses figure and the under 1% error rate are the operator's own claims. The same website also runs a clearance shop selling wholesale lots, overstock and returned inventory from Amazon sellers out of its Orlando warehouse.

Fast and Forward Prep Center is an FBA prep operation in New Port Richey, FL, online since 2020, with a published rate card covering wholesale, online arbitrage, books, and returns. Wholesale prep starts at $0.90/unit FNSKU-only with a 500-unit minimum; arbitrage prep has no minimum from $1.00/unit. Turnaround is quoted at 24 to 48 hours with temperature-controlled space. There is a $30 setup fee and $100 deposit, disclosed up front. The operator claims a second California site but publishes no California address, so we list the Florida location only.

Number One Prep is a Doral, Florida Amazon FBA prep center offering per-unit prep priced from $0.45 to $0.75 by volume, with a $15 minimum and no setup, monthly, or contract fees. Prep is the core service (receiving and inspection, FNSKU labeling, sticker removal, poly bagging, bubble wrapping, bundling, and expiration labeling), with FBA returns processing, flat-rate storage, and freight forwarding offered as add-ons. The warehouse is in Doral near Port Miami and the Amazon Miami-area facilities, with a loading dock and a stated 24-hour start on receipts. It works with international sellers and accepts credit cards, PayPal, and Payoneer.

Fast Prep USA is an FBA and Walmart WFS prep center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, trading as Fast Prep USA LLC. The Florida registration lists the same Bay 9 warehouse the site publishes, which is worth more than most address claims in this category. Prep is the first line: inspection against Amazon and Walmart standards, FNSKU labeling, polybagging, bubble wrap, bundles and kits, FBA removal orders at twice the prep rate, and box or pallet forwarding. E-commerce fulfillment, Shopify, TikTok and warehousing run alongside. The rate card is published in full, down to container unloading and the hourly labour rate, with prep from $0.45 a unit at 1,000-plus per ASIN to $1.20 in the 1 to 20 band, a $100 shipment minimum, and explicit x2 surcharges for oversize or overweight goods. Two cautions. The About page says the warehouse was established in 2020, but the domain dates to March 2021 and the Florida LLC to February 2023. The three homepage testimonials are templated, with two different names sharing one job title, so treat them as decoration.

BeePrimePrep is a Tampa, Florida prep center trading as Bee Prime LLC, registered in Florida in November 2024. FBA prep is the main line: FNSKU labeling, polybagging, fragile handling, multi-pack assembly, sticker removal and relabeling, and box dimension optimization for Amazon. FBM pick and pack, eBay and Walmart prep, storage, returns reprocessing, product photography and Amazon account consulting sit alongside it. Pricing is published in full rather than gated, which is unusual in this category, and an on-page calculator uses the same figures. Rates are a la carte across three volume tiers, so a labeled and polybagged unit costs $0.90 at the entry tier and $0.60 at 10,000 units a month. Two things to check before you ship. The site gives the warehouse unit as A2 in its own company-address block and footers, and as A5 in an embedded Google Business Profile, and the Florida registration lists a private mailbox in Riverview rather than the Tampa warehouse, so confirm the receiving address in writing. No founder or team is named, so there is no public track record to weigh.

TosPrep is the trading name of Tos Prep Service LLC, an Orlando, Florida operator working out of 8901 Boggy Creek Road near the airport freight corridor. It runs three lines: Amazon prep, warehouse kitting, and DTC ecommerce fulfillment. The prep line is the one with published numbers. FNSKU labeling runs $10 per order for 1 to 10 units per SKU, then $1.00 per unit down to $0.55 from 1,001 units per SKU, with bundles from $1.50, sets from $1.20, and flat $0.50 surcharges for glass and hazmat, so both are accepted. FBM orders are $2.00 and removal orders $1.00 to $2.00 per unit. Packaging materials are billed separately at itemized rates rather than folded into the unit price. Florida records the LLC as formed in January 2020 and the domain was registered the same month, so the site's 'over 5 years' claim lines up with the record. Two cautions. The site gives conflicting turnaround answers, promising same-day shipping in the homepage's Why Choose Us section while the FAQ on the same page says one business day for DTC and two for Amazon and Walmart. And the rate card has typos in its own tier boundaries, so confirm which band you fall into before sending inventory.

Best Hub preps and fulfills from 3784 NW 16th St in Lauderhill, Florida, serving Amazon FBA and FBM sellers along with general e-commerce storage. The FBA line is priced per ASIN and published in full: $1 per unit up to 20 units, dropping to $0.80 from 21 to 1,000, $0.65 to 5,000, and $0.50 above that, with oversized items at $2 to $5 by weight band. Bundles start at $1.20 for two items, bubble wrap adds $1 to $2, and boxes are $3 to $5. They receive a 20-foot container for $300 and a 40-foot for $600, build and ship pallets from $50, take Amazon returns at $5 to $10 per item, and store a box for $5 or a pallet for $50 a month. The Florida LLC has been registered since 2018 and has filed every annual report since, though the website and its archive record only begin in late 2021. Five cautions. The site's RUS link and its cost-calculator address both lead to prepbh.com, the operator's Russian-language site, which lapsed and was re-registered on 2026-09-14 and now resolves again. The two rate cards match line for line except the first 20 units of labeling, which the Russian card prints as $30 and the English card as $1 a unit, and the calculator the site links to estimates household storage space (sofas, beds), not prep costs, so price from the published card and get small-lot terms in writing. The English site never uses the words FNSKU, polybag or suffocation warning, so confirm your exact labeling requirements before committing volume. The English site's 'Get a quote' button opens a Russian-language Google Form that lists a different warehouse address, 35 SW 12th Ave, Warehouse 102, Dania Beach, FL 33004, beside the same phone number, so confirm the receiving address in writing before you ship. And the 40,000 sq ft and 117 clients figures are the operator's own, with nothing published to check them against.

ASAP Warehouse is a prep and fulfillment center at 3030 SW 42nd St in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, running since early 2021 on the web and incorporated in Florida as ASAP Warehouse Inc in January 2024. It is founded by Dima Kubrak, who also founded the Amazon seller-tools company Sellerise. The prep work is a la carte and the price list is public: labeling at $0.45 a unit under 100 pieces falling to $0.30 above 1000, shipment to an Amazon fulfillment center at $5.00 a box or $12.00 by LTL, receiving from $2.00 a box up to $600.00 for a 40 foot container, and pallet storage at $40.00 a month. They take visual inspection or full quality control on request, then pack, label and bundle for the fulfillment center. Returns and removal orders are priced separately, at $0.50 a unit to receive plus $1.25 to review and sort. Two things to know. The published phone number accepts WhatsApp calls only, so there is no ordinary voice line. They will also sell your goods through their own eBay and Walmart accounts for 15% of the sale price, which is a different relationship from prep alone.

Fulfillment Spot is an Amazon FBA prep service run by BBP Group, Inc. from 18385 NE 4th Court in Miami, Florida (Florida corporation filed 2009; the company says it launched the prep project in 2021). Prep is the main line: sellers place orders through the company's own account software, which connects to Seller Central, and the warehouse handles receiving, counting and inspection, FNSKU labeling, and shrink-wrapped sets or bundles before shipping to Amazon. It also processes returns and removal orders, forwards supplier mail, buys merchandise on request, offers short-term storage capped at 10 pallets per client, and ships some direct-to-consumer orders through third-party software. The company quotes a 24 to 48 hour turnaround and no membership or monthly fees. Cautions: the site still prints template placeholder contact details (an info@email.com address and a 00 (123) phone number) next to its real phone. The email addresses printed in its terms and privacy pages had no working mailbox when we checked on 5 October 2026, so contact is by phone or Telegram, and the terms list a different phone number. The live rate page lists FNSKU labeling and most prep lines at $0.00 per unit, so current prep prices are effectively unpublished. The only published address also hosts several other registered businesses. Ask for a written quote and a facility visit before shipping.

US Prep Centers is a prep-first warehouse at 1049 NW 1st Ct in Hallandale Beach, Florida, with FBM, storage, private-label work, forwarding and returns alongside. The name is a Florida fictitious name registered in August 2022 to ALEXPCS Inc., a Florida corporation formed in 2019 with its principal address on the same street. The rate card is published in full: FBA prep is $2.50 per unit below 10 pieces, $1.00 at 10 to 50, $0.70 at 301 to 1,000 and $0.35 at 10,000 and more, with handling, verification, individual labeling, packaging and dispatch inside that price. Bundles start at $1.40, oversize items are $2.00 and up, and Amazon shipment creation is free when you grant limited user permissions on your seller account. Cautions: the site says the business was founded in 2016 and opened a second Florida center in 2018, but its owning company dates to 2019, the domain to March 2021, the fictitious name to August 2022 and the earliest archived copy with content to October 2022. It advertises six warehouses but publishes one address. ALEXPCS describes itself on its own website as a manufacturing and wholesale distribution company, so the company that owns the prep center also sells goods.

Gloved Commerce is an Amazon FBA prep and ecommerce fulfillment brand in Tampa, Florida, run by eLogX Solutions, LLC, a Tampa shipping and storage company registered in 2012. The Gloved brand has been online since 2022. Its homepage leads with FBA prep: receiving, FBA shipping plan creation, pick and pack and packing materials, with labeling, carton forwarding, bubble wrapping, bundling and kitting, inserts, inspections, storage, removal orders and returns or disposal listed as add-ons. It also runs direct-to-consumer fulfillment, a returns and refurbishment service it calls recommerce, and international parcel shipping. Standard receiving and onboarding are free, with parcel, pallet and LTL receiving promised same day and onboarding within 5 business days. Pricing is quote-based; there is no published prep rate card. Cautions: parts of the site are unfinished, with the pricing and about pages returning errors and leftover template pages still public. The site states it belongs to Amazon's Service Provider Network, which we have not confirmed. The site gives only a city and ZIP for the warehouse; the street address comes from the parent company's state filing.

Kaizen Prep Services is the Amazon FBA prep line of Kaizen Logistics Corp, a Miami, Florida company on file with the state since 2010; its site says it has offered FBA prep since 2016 and describes a 20,000 sq ft insured warehouse. It receives and inspects seller merchandise, takes the seller's FNSKU labels or prints them with partial store access, individualizes units into polybags to Amazon FBA requirements, then ships into fulfillment centers via FedEx, DHL, USPS, or LTL. It works with private-label, wholesale, and retail-arbitrage sellers (a minimum number of units per SKU and per variation applies to arbitrage), and also offers pick-and-pack order fulfillment to other marketplaces and direct to customers, so it is multi-service with FBA prep as the core. Bilingual English and Spanish site with US and Colombia contact lines.

FR-Logistics is a Doral, FL prep and fulfillment operation near Miami International, run by FR Logistics Miami Inc (Florida corporation, active) under president Jose Fuentes Raymond, with the operation online since early 2022. Amazon's Service Provider Network directory lists FR-Logistics as an FBA Preparation provider (checked October 10, 2026), and the site links that listing from its homepage. FBA prep leads the offer: FNSKU labeling at $0.55 per unit on the dated 2026 rate card, with itemized polybagging, kitting, and returns processing. Alongside prep it runs Shopify fulfillment and Latin America cross-docking, so we list it as multi-service. Two honest cautions: the site's older prep page shows different, higher FNSKU tiers than the current rate card, so confirm numbers in writing; and we found no independently verifiable third-party reviews. The 20-plus-years-experience claim refers to the founders and is operator-stated.

Simply Ship Now (SimplyShip) is an Amazon FBA prep center in Jacksonville, FL, founded by Amazon sellers, that receives, preps, and ships seller inventory into Amazon on a published per-unit rate card from 1.50/item for FNSKU labeling and poly bagging. It also runs a done-for-you retail-arbitrage sourcing service from its Orlando team (shop-for-you, then prep and ship). Prep covers FNSKU labeling, poly bagging, bundling, sticker and price-tag removal, shoe and specialty packaging, and FBM order fulfillment, with pallet storage available. A 300 one-time non-refundable account-activation fee applies and Inventory Lab is required. Get a quote through the contact form.

Romex Enterprise is an Amazon FBA prep operation in Cape Coral, FL, that specializes in returns and removal-order reprocessing: it receives a seller unfulfillable inventory and customer returns, runs quality checks, relabels, repackages, bundles, adds inserts and stickers, and ships the sellable units back to Amazon FBA. Operating since 2008 with a Florida warehouse, it runs a published per-unit rate card with a 40 per-ASIN minimum and a non-optional quality-check step. The company also operates a separate Romania and EU cargo-forwarding affiliate; the FBA prep work is handled at the Florida facility. Get started through the FBA Removal Request form.

TSB Fulfillment runs a prep center at 2956 NW 72nd Ave by Miami International Airport, serving Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS sellers. The offer is one all-in rate: $0.95 per unit covering receiving, inspection, sticker removal, FNSKU labeling, polybagging, suffocation warning and boxes. Lead time is stated at 24 to 48 hours from check-in, there is no monthly fee, and no minimum quantity except on wholesale. Kitting, light assembly, box inserts, forwarding and storage are quoted separately. The Florida LLC was filed in September 2023 and the state registry lists the same street address the site publishes, which is a better-than-usual match. Three cautions. The homepage claims '10 years of experience' while the company, its domain and its first archived page all date to 2023 and 2024, so we record that line as an operator claim rather than a fact. The site claims a California facility twice, in the FAQ and in an 'East and West coast' line, but never names or addresses it. And the two customer quotes on the homepage are not attributed in a way anyone could check, so we do not carry them.

PrepVia is an Amazon FBA prep center in Miami trading as Prepvia LLC, registered in Florida in April 2025. The warehouse sits in the industrial belt near Miami International, which is the point: the site documents container unloading, floor-loaded FCL intake and DDP versus DDU handling for importers, alongside standard FNSKU labeling, shrink wrapping, poly bagging, kitting and outbound to Amazon fulfillment centers. FBM, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, TikTok and B2B outbound run from the same inventory. Turnaround is stated at 24 to 36 hours. A FastLane program promises prep to FBA check-in in 35 hours or the prep is free, but it is limited to seven named fulfillment centers, requires Amazon Freight FTL and API integration, and excludes fragile goods. Since October 2026 the site publishes no rates: pricing is quoted per account on a free 15-minute call, and receiving and inspection are free except ocean container unloading, so get a written quote. Two things to read correctly. The Forbes Business Council badge is a paid membership and the linked Forbes article is a member contribution, not press coverage. The Florida registration lists a residential condo address, not the warehouse.

Scovia Fulfillment is a Jacksonville, Florida fulfillment company with a priced FBA prep line. The general offer is ecommerce pick and pack, storage and returns, and the prep work sits inside that. Rates are published: $1.15 per unit under 1,000 units falling to $0.70 above 10,000, with receiving, inspection, damage photos, label removal, FNSKU application and warning stickers all inside the unit price. Online arbitrage is priced on its own higher ladder from $1.50. Bundling is $1.75 up to five items, oversized prep $3.50, and ungating images $10. Reused pallets and Amazon-compliant packing material carry no charge. Most orders are stated to process in 24 to 48 hours. Read the terms before committing: storage starts billing after 30 days, unpaid inventory becomes Scovia's property after three months, and new customers pay up front for their first three shipments. The company is young. Florida registered the LLC in May 2025 and the domain was bought a day earlier, so there is about sixteen months of trading history behind it. The site itself names only the city; the street address shown here was confirmed by the operator in writing in October 2026 and matches the company's Florida registry filing. Its open review widget has published two unmoderated job inquiries as customer reviews.

ShipWizard is a third-party logistics operator running two facilities, at 3580 W. Prospect Road in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and 33 W. Pinnacle Peak Road in Phoenix, Arizona, trading as ShipWizard USA, LLC. Ecommerce order fulfillment, reverse logistics and climate-controlled warehousing are the main business, with named verticals in nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, health and beauty, consumer electronics, pet products, apparel, jewelry and automotive parts. Amazon inbound prep sits inside that: the company states it can open containers and repackage SKUs en masse, apply barcode labels to unbarcoded items, and handle repacking so inventory meets Amazon preparation requirements before dispatch to a fulfillment center. Prep is billed as warehouse labor rather than per unit, at $45.00 an hour for barcode labeling and other warehouse work, with receiving and put-away at $3.00 per single-SKU carton, $9.00 per standard pallet and $300 to $500 to unload a floor-loaded container; no rate is shown for mixed-SKU pallets. There is no per-unit rate to compare against a dedicated prep center, so ask for a worked estimate on your own SKU mix. A predecessor company was registered in Fort Lauderdale in 2012, at 3580 NW 56 St until a 2019 filing gave the Prospect Road address, and was dissolved in 2021 after ShipWizard USA, LLC registered in Florida. Two cautions: the site advertises over 30 years in 3PL, which no reachable record establishes, and it displays FDA-registered and cGMP badges that cannot be verified from outside.

Phase V is a 3PL in Fort Myers, Florida, at 16240 Airport Park Drive, on a domain registered in 1996 with archived captures back to 1998. General ecommerce fulfillment is the main business, covering pick and pack, subscription boxes, retail and omnichannel, and FBA prep runs as a priced line alongside it. The prep rate card is public and specific: $10 per order plus $1.00 per unit under 1000 units a month, falling to $0.80 between 1000 and 3000 and $0.60 above that. That per-unit rate covers FNSKU labeling, counting, basic inspection, shipping and FBA label printing, dunnage and pickup to Amazon, with supplies billed separately. Extra labeling or barcoding is $0.25, a poly bag $0.50, an outbound carton $5 and an outbound single-SKU pallet $25. The published workflow covers receiving and quality control, repackaging, barcoding, polybagging, kitting and outbound pallets, and the site sets out exactly what specifications to send with an order. Two cautions. They publish no email address anywhere we could find, so contact runs through the phone line and web form. They describe the warehouse as FDA registered, which we record as their claim and have not verified.

DC Logistics US is a family-owned 3PL in Orlando, Florida, operating from Suite 150 at 9550 Satellite Blvd, a unit in a multi-tenant industrial building. Its site lists warehousing, short and long-term pallet storage, cross-docking, local trucking across Central and South Florida, ecommerce pick and pack, returns, and Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS prep. The prep page describes receiving and inspection, FNSKU and carton labeling, polybagging, bundling and kitting, and coordinated LTL and FTL shipments to Amazon and Walmart fulfillment centers. The site is in English and Spanish, and contact runs through info@dclogisticsus.com, a toll-free line and WhatsApp. Rates are quote-based; the site states no setup fees, no long-term contracts and up to 7 days of free storage. Cautions, stated plainly. The website names no legal entity, and the DC Logistics US name is not filed as a Florida fictitious name. A Florida company registered at this suite, DC Company LLC, formed in February 2018, active and at this suite since January 2022, holds the trade name DC Global Logistics at the same address; we tie it to this operation through that address and its members (the site's blog posts are written by Diego Correa, a member of that LLC), so confirm the contracting entity on your agreement. The current website dates from early 2025. No public price list.

JaK Fulfillment is a third-party logistics operator in Sunrise, Florida, registered as JAK FULFILLMENT LLC (Florida document L25000433625, filed September 2025, Active, 2026 annual report on file). It handles Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS inbound prep, merchant-fulfilled orders, warehousing and returns. The Amazon prep line is priced per unit in three monthly volume tiers, each including receiving and inspection, FNSKU labeling, box labels and forwarding: $0.75 up to 500 units, $0.70 up to 1,000 and $0.65 above 1,000. Add-ons are itemized: poly bags $0.75 to $0.95, bubble or shrink wrap $0.70, bundling $0.60 for packs of 2 to 5 and $1.20 for 6 to 10, boxes $3.50 to $5.00, palletization $60, pallet storage $40 and returns processing $2.00. Merchant-fulfilled orders are $2.00 each. Its registered address is in a multi-tenant industrial plaza on N Hiatus Rd; no unit number is published. Cautions, stated plainly. The site claims 7+ years in logistics and warehousing, but the LLC dates to September 2025 and the website was first archived in April 2024. Its accuracy figures, such as 99.67% order accuracy, carry no source. An unlinked /services/ page on its site still shows a construction website template's placeholder text. Our automated mailbox checks could not confirm the published email address, so phone is the more reliable first contact.

Ultra Cargo is a warehouse and freight company at 8140 NW 29th St in Doral, Florida, near Miami International Airport and PortMiami, run by Ultra Cargo 1972 LLC, a Florida LLC formed in 2020. It says it runs a building of more than 12,000 square feet with pallet racking, a loading dock and forklifts, and serves importers, distributors and Amazon sellers. Its Amazon line is inbound prep: FNSKU labeling, SKU sorting, poly bagging and pallet builds to Amazon's inbound requirements, plus master box packing and labeling, kitting and bundling during pallet rework, and piece counts with damage photos on arrival. Around that it offers container unloading, pallet storage, cross-docking, LTL and full-truckload delivery, drayage from PortMiami, export packing and ocean or air export, and household moves abroad. It states plainly that it does not ship individual orders to consumers. Service is bilingual in English and Spanish, with no setup fee, annual contract or monthly minimum. Cautions: prep pricing is quote-based. FBA prep is one card on a single-page site that covers freight and export work, so confirm unit-level steps such as polybagging volumes before booking. The site claims 30+ years of distribution experience, but the company was formed in 2020 and its 2022 website said over two decades. No archived copy shows the FBA prep line before the current site, whose terms are dated August 2026; the 2022 site did not mention Amazon.

The pricing page publishes sample fulfillment rates of $2.85 per order plus $0.60 per item and $20 per pallet per month for storage, charges no receiving fee, and the FAQ says there are no minimums but a monthly account fee applies. Cautions: this is a general 3PL, not a prep specialist. Most of the FBA prep page is general background on the FBA program, parts of it are out of date, and it does not mention FNSKU labels, carton labels or shipment plans. It also fulfills FBM orders from its own floor. Prep is priced by quote; the pricing page's calculator starts at $2.85 per order plus $0.70 per extra item and $34.50 per dry pallet a month at its smallest volume tier, with lower rates at higher volumes. The Florida LLC was filed in 2020 and the website has described a Miami fulfillment operation since early 2019. Its pricing page links a price sheet whose Amazon prep section lists an 'Amazon Prep' fee of $2.50 each without saying per what, a $0.50 fee per master carton, a $0.25 fee per item when goods are not shipped in full master cartons, and a $0.55 fee per FNSKU label, plus receiving, pallet, and cubic-foot storage charges. FulfillMe is a general eCommerce 3PL run by Phoenix Package Logistics, LLC, a Florida company registered in January 2006, which traded as Phoenix Package until it rebranded as FulfillMe in September 2020. It lists three warehouses: Dania Beach, Florida (the registered address), La Vergne, Tennessee, and North Kansas City, Missouri. Its service menu leads with DTC, B2B, TikTok Shop, Walmart Marketplace and subscription-box fulfillment; Amazon FBA prep is one line with its own page. That page names FNSKU labeling, Sold as Set handling for bundles, polybagging and shrink wrap, repackaging, quality inspection, kitting and consolidation, photo documentation of each prep step, removal-order and returns handling, and direct shipment to Amazon fulfillment centers. The Florida and Tennessee location pages each say FBA prep is done at that site; the Missouri page does not. There is no published rate card; pricing is set on a sales call. Cautions: prep is one line inside a general fulfillment company, and the prep page is a list of tasks rather than a documented workflow, with nothing on carton labels, box contents or shipment plans, so ask how inbound shipments are built and which warehouse will handle yours before you send stock. The site claims both "over 19 years" and "over 10 years" of experience; the state registry dates the company to January 2006.

The Florida registry lists BARNDEPO LLC as formed in August 2023, with its principal address moved from Wellington to the Oakland Park address, an industrial building, in April 2025; the site has printed the Oakland Park address since at least October 2023. Cautions: the prep page itself is generic and gives no turnaround or capacity figures. The claim of fulfillment centers in the UK and Germany is the operator's own and we have not verified it; only the Oakland Park address is published. This is a 3PL with a prep line, not a prep specialist, so ask how prep volume is handled next to FBM and container work.

FBMFulfillment is a single-warehouse ecommerce 3PL at 2300-2 Vinson Lane in Jacksonville, Florida, run by Polidan Inc., the Florida corporation (registered 2014) behind the UFM Underwear brand. The company says it opened its own warehouse in early 2020 after using outside fulfillment for its own sales. That same page still shows placeholder Lorem ipsum text under both its Miami and Orlando warehouse headings; the Miami address, 8200 Commerce Way in Miami Lakes, appears on the contact and FAQ pages instead. And C-Group's federal freight broker record (MC-1759944) lists 0 power units and the phone number of 4-B Global, a wholesale distributor of grocery, health and beauty and cleaning products at the same Miami Lakes address. Prep pricing is quote-only.

Shipping And Handling is a Jacksonville, FL third-party logistics operator near the port, owned and run by CEO Chris Flowers, who bought the business in 2010; the operating company, Fulfillment Shipping and Handling Inc., was incorporated in Florida that April, and the brand's domain dates to 2001. The press corroboration is real: the Jacksonville Business Journal named it among the fastest-growing companies in 2012, 2014 and 2017, and it serves named clients including IceMule and Leslie's Pool. Its dedicated FBA prep page covers labeling, kitting, and full pallet rewraps with a 24 to 48 hour turnaround, no minimums, and no setup fee. A general rate card is published (receiving from $10 a pallet, $0.50 per picked item, $0.15 per label, a $75 monthly admin fee), but it names no per-unit FBA prep rate, so prep work is quoted from those line items. The site lists three Jacksonville warehouses totaling more than 170,000 square feet, plus a Sugar Land, Texas location. This is a full 3PL where FBA prep is one of more than a dozen service lines, typed accordingly. One caution: the FBA prep page is three short paragraphs, so confirm the actual prep workflow and per-unit cost on a call before sending inventory.

And the homepage still carries unreplaced theme copy, including two testimonials from "John Smith" and "Jake Smith" whose text is Latin filler.

That structure rewards depth per SKU and costs more for wide, shallow batches, so work out your mix before comparing it with a flat per-unit quote. Receiving is free when stock arrives on a pallet, and storage runs $1 to $4 per bin per month or $20 per pallet. Two cautions. The contact page offers the toll-free line and a web form but no email address; a general info email address appears in the site's privacy policy and terms of service. And its prep description stays general, never naming FNSKU labeling or shipment plan creation, so confirm the exact scope before sending stock.

Ecom Auto Prep is a third-party logistics operator at 12466 NW 39th Street in Coral Springs, Florida, in Broward County within reach of the Port of Miami and Port Everglades. It runs direct-to-consumer fulfillment, kitting and bundling, subscription box assembly, reverse logistics and sea freight with customs support, alongside a dedicated Amazon inbound prep line. The prep description is more specific than most: direct-thermal application of high-resolution FNSKU labels, full masking of manufacturer barcodes so they cannot conflict with Amazon scanning, retail packaging adjustments with transparent poly bags at a 1.5 mil minimum gauge, master carton preparation with shipment grouping and delivery into Amazon warehouses, and dock-level container unloading with receiving inspections. Integrations are listed for Amazon, Shopify, eBay, TikTok Shop, Walmart, WooCommerce and several others. Three cautions for a seller. No pricing is published anywhere, so every figure comes by quote. The prep page says the company has helped brands since 2021, but the domain dates only to August 2024 and nothing reachable evidences the earlier date. And the business could not be traced to any Florida company registration under any spelling and names no company on its own site, so there is no registered entity behind the arrangement you would be agreeing to.
