Prep is the main line: sellers place orders through the company's own account software, which connects to Seller Central, and the warehouse handles receiving, counting and inspection, FNSKU labeling, and shrink-wrapped sets or bundles before shipping to Amazon. It also processes returns and removal orders, forwards supplier mail, buys merchandise on request, offers short-term storage capped at 10 pallets per client, and ships some direct-to-consumer orders through third-party software. The company quotes a 24 to 48 hour turnaround and no membership or monthly fees. Cautions: the site still prints template placeholder contact details (an info@email.com address and a 00 (123) phone number) next to its real phone.
