Its posted terms, which match the same card, add a 5% late fee on invoices unpaid after 48 hours that doubles every 48 hours. The operation runs from a residence, the business is about 16 months old, no archived copy of its site exists, and the site has only two pages.

Dollan Prep Center is a tax-free Delaware FBA prep center at 210 Executive Dr in Newark, serving wholesale, private-label, and online-arbitrage Amazon sellers. This listing carries a warning for two reasons: inventory left over 90 days with unpaid storage becomes the operator's property under their posted terms, and the website still contains live Wix template debris (a placeholder shop and template service pages), so use the price sheet and direct contact, not the site's stray pages. Montana charges no sales tax on inventory. Cautions worth reading before you ship. The company does not accept oversized items of 25 inches or more, hazardous materials, or books. Its published policy states that inventory sitting more than two months becomes the property of Bull Mountain Prep & Ship and will be disposed of or donated, that unresolved inventory issues draw a $25 fee after a week, and that late invoices carry a 10 percent fee that doubles every 24 hours. The same policy reserves the right to hold inventory against any unpaid invoice. The Testimonials page in the navigation renders empty.

Per-unit prep runs $0.45 to $1.00 by volume with no contract, no sign-up fee, and no minimums, and they accept new sellers with low quantities. They also offer FBM multi-channel pick-and-pack, FBA returns processing, box and pallet forwarding, and monthly storage; FBA prep is the core service and these are add-ons. Turnaround is stated at 24 to 72 hours. One caution on hazmat: the homepage offers hazmat prep at $1.20 a unit plus $5 shipping processing, but the terms of service list hazardous, flammable, chemical, combustible and liquid products among prohibited items it will not ship, so get written confirmation of which hazmat items it accepts before sending any.

BeePrimePrep is a Tampa, Florida prep center trading as Bee Prime LLC, registered in Florida in November 2024. FBA prep is the main line: FNSKU labeling, polybagging, fragile handling, multi-pack assembly, sticker removal and relabeling, and box dimension optimization for Amazon. FBM pick and pack, eBay and Walmart prep, storage, returns reprocessing, product photography and Amazon account consulting sit alongside it. Pricing is published in full rather than gated, which is unusual in this category, and an on-page calculator uses the same figures. Rates are a la carte across three volume tiers, so a labeled and polybagged unit costs $0.90 at the entry tier and $0.60 at 10,000 units a month. Two things to check before you ship. The site gives the warehouse unit as A2 in its own company-address block and footers, and as A5 in an embedded Google Business Profile, and the Florida registration lists a private mailbox in Riverview rather than the Tampa warehouse, so confirm the receiving address in writing. No founder or team is named, so there is no public track record to weigh.

Pro Prep and Fulfillment works out of Marion in southern Illinois and started life as an FBA prep company, which still shows in how the operation is built. Turnaround is stated at 24 to 48 hours on a first-in first-out basis, and they load LTL and small parcel daily with forklifts, docks and automated pallet wrapping. The Better Business Bureau records the business as started on 1 May 2017, organized as a limited liability company, accredited since November 2020 and rated A+. Two cautions. No email address is published anywhere on the site; the quoting address on this listing came to us in writing from the company's owner in September 2026. The published address is a downtown street address, not obviously the warehouse floor.

Cautions: the address on the contact page, contact@instant-fulfilment.com, is misspelled with one l onto an unregistered domain and bounces; the working one is contact@instant-fulfillment.com, still published on a sister storefront at the same unit. The phone comes from its Better Business Bureau profile, which lists it against this website and address. Support runs through a private Discord ticket server. Inventory left more than 60 days without notice is liquidated or disposed of, and accounts under 299 units a month carry a $299 maintenance fee.

Above All Prep and Ship is a Montana prep operation working FBA, FBM, Walmart WFS and direct-to-consumer, registered with the state since March 2022. Read the terms first. Onboarding costs a one-time $50 registration fee and requires seller-account permissions plus an Inventory Lab subscription, since they build the shipping plans. Three things to weigh. The business turned two in August 2026, so the track record is still short. Contact runs through a Gmail address rather than branded mail, and no street address is published. And the rate card is a template shared word for word across several Montana prep centers, so treat it as a regional standard rather than a quote built around this operation.

The Florida registration lists the same Bay 9 warehouse the site publishes, which is worth more than most address claims in this category. E-commerce fulfillment, Shopify, TikTok and warehousing run alongside. The rate card is published in full, down to container unloading and the hourly labour rate, with prep from $0.45 a unit at 1,000-plus per ASIN to $1.20 in the 1 to 20 band, a $100 shipment minimum, and explicit x2 surcharges for oversize or overweight goods. Two cautions. The About page says the warehouse was established in 2020, but the domain dates to March 2021 and the Florida LLC to February 2023. The three homepage testimonials are templated, with two different names sharing one job title, so treat them as decoration.

TosPrep is the trading name of Tos Prep Service LLC, an Orlando, Florida operator working out of 8901 Boggy Creek Road near the airport freight corridor. FBM orders are $2.00 and removal orders $1.00 to $2.00 per unit. Packaging materials are billed separately at itemized rates rather than folded into the unit price. Florida records the LLC as formed in January 2020 and the domain was registered the same month, so the site's 'over 5 years' claim lines up with the record. Two cautions. The site gives conflicting turnaround answers, promising same-day shipping in the homepage's Why Choose Us section while the FAQ on the same page says one business day for DTC and two for Amazon and Walmart. And the rate card has typos in its own tier boundaries, so confirm which band you fall into before sending inventory.

Stated turnaround is 24 to 72 hours. The New Hampshire LLC was registered in November 2024. Cautions: the homepage says "12+ Years of Experience", but the company dates to late 2024 and its own About page says "over 5 years" and credits its founder with over three years in e-commerce. Four service descriptions on the prep page repeat one paragraph claiming locations in the USA and Canada; only the Milford address is published. In October 2026, commercial listings offered about 50,000 of the building's 60,612 square feet for lease as available now, so we could not confirm how much of it the operator uses. Its Shopify, B2B, dropshipping and TikTok Shop links lead to a "coming soon" page.

ShipOnTime is a 3PL in Henderson, North Carolina, operated by Northeast Online Services LLC (formed December 2015). FBA prep leads its services, alongside DTC and FBM fulfillment, B2B distribution, cross-docking, storage, returns and Amazon removal processing. Its prep page lists FNSKU labeling, polybagging with suffocation labels, bundles and multipacks, inspection and counting, carton forwarding and pallet preparation, and suppliers can ship cartons, pallets or containers straight to the warehouse. Published pricing: $0.65 per unit including receiving, repacking and box labels, for products under 4 lb with at least 24 units per SKU; polybagging is $0.35 a unit, 2-pack bundles $1.25, palletizing $20 a pallet and pallet storage $0.83 a day. A $75 work-order minimum and a $150 combined monthly minimum apply, and it quotes 1 to 4 days for standard prep. An older prep page on the site says it handles hazmat items; its newer industry pages say hazardous products are accepted only after document review, depending on the product, storage and carrier. Cautions: the site says it has served brands since 2015, but in 2016 shipontime.com was a fragrance and beauty store, and FBA prep services first appear on it in 2019. Its terms add a 15% markup on shipping, a 5% card fee and a $200 fee without 60 days' cancellation notice, and say stored goods are not insured by the company and that accounts with no activity or invoice for more than 60 days are suspended and their goods disposed of without notice.

Smart Prep Center is an Amazon prep center and 3PL warehouse in Newark, Delaware, trading as Helloprint LLC per its terms of service, on a domain registered in August 2020. Prep is the main product and the pricing page is complete: per-unit prep, receiving by parcel, pallet or container, carton and pallet forwarding, carton opening and counting at $0.20 a unit, bundle tiers, suffocation-warning polybags from $0.25, bubble wrap, oversize surcharges and daily pallet storage falling from $1.20 to $0.70 with volume. Processing runs up to two working days. No minimum, no long-term contract, and they prep for Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart and Shopify. Read the terms carefully before committing. The $0.50 and $1.20 per-unit headline rates apply only to your first two months, after which pricing steps automatically to the Standard tier ($0.55 per unit at 1 to 999 prior-month units) or a Volume tier, published on the pricing page's tabbed panels that only render in a browser. Activating an account takes a $400 deposit, disclosed only on the About page. Free storage is stated as 14 days on two pages and 7 days on two others, and the pricing page lists receiving an item without a UPC or EAN barcode at both $0.30 and $3.00. A blog page says they have operated in Newark since 2015. The domain was registered to them in 2020, and web archives show it carried an unrelated test-prep tutoring site in 2015.

They take visual inspection or full quality control on request, then pack, label and bundle for the fulfillment center. Returns and removal orders are priced separately, at $0.50 a unit to receive plus $1.25 to review and sort. Two things to know. The published phone number accepts WhatsApp calls only, so there is no ordinary voice line. They will also sell your goods through their own eBay and Walmart accounts for 15% of the sale price, which is a different relationship from prep alone.

Pick and Pack Prepping is a Wytheville, Virginia prep center that handles Amazon FBA prep as its main line and adds pick and pack fulfillment, including Seller Fulfilled Prime, as a second. The site names four team members including the chief executive. One caution. The About page dates the founders' Amazon business to 2016 and the first warehouse to 2017, but the Pennsylvania company behind the brand, Vinzoo LLC, was only formed in November 2020 and the domain registered in January 2021, so treat the longer tenure as the operator's own account.

Prep Service Texas is a small Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS prep service in Texas, run by Business View, Inc., a Florida corporation whose address on record is a house in the Houston suburbs. Its prep line covers receiving with photo inspection, labeling, box labels and expiration dates for shipping plans, plus poly bagging, bubble wrap, product bundling and master cartons, with a 30-unit minimum, seven days of free storage and FBA and FBM orders processed within 24 to 48 hours. Its main pages quote by product size, weight and volume, with no setup fee and no advance payment, though an older services page still lists add-on rates; sellers reach the team by email, phone or WhatsApp. The website has run as this business since at least February 2023, when it listed a unit in a Tomball business park. Cautions: the website publishes no street address or city, and the listed phone is a South Florida number. The only address on record for the company is a single-family home, so ask where inventory is received and stored before you ship. Several pages on the site are unfinished template pages with placeholder text and staff, not information about this business.

US Prep Centers is a prep-first warehouse at 1049 NW 1st Ct in Hallandale Beach, Florida, with FBM, storage, private-label work, forwarding and returns alongside. The name is a Florida fictitious name registered in August 2022 to ALEXPCS Inc., a Florida corporation formed in 2019 with its principal address on the same street. The rate card is published in full: FBA prep is $2.50 per unit below 10 pieces, $1.00 at 10 to 50, $0.70 at 301 to 1,000 and $0.35 at 10,000 and more, with handling, verification, individual labeling, packaging and dispatch inside that price. Bundles start at $1.40, oversize items are $2.00 and up, and Amazon shipment creation is free when you grant limited user permissions on your seller account. Cautions: the site says the business was founded in 2016 and opened a second Florida center in 2018, but its owning company dates to 2019, the domain to March 2021, the fictitious name to August 2022 and the earliest archived copy with content to October 2022. It advertises six warehouses but publishes one address. ALEXPCS describes itself on its own website as a manufacturing and wholesale distribution company, so the company that owns the prep center also sells goods.

Rainy Day Logistics is a young prep and fulfillment warehouse in Portland, Oregon, and it leads with Oregon's lack of sales tax. The homepage publishes a per-unit card: Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS prep at $1.50 per unit for 0-299 units a month, $1.25 for 300-999 and $1.00 at 1,000+, plus a one-time $100 onboarding fee. Every plan includes receiving and sorting, inspection and quality control, damage reports with photos, sticker removal and missing-unit documentation. Bundles add $0.25 per extra unit; fragile, hazmat and shoes add $0.50 each; oversized items are $4.00, returns $0.50 and polybags $0.15. They also ship FBM and direct-to-consumer orders at $2.00 per unit ($1.50 at 1,000+ combined units), handle wholesale from $0.50 and LTL, and build Amazon Optimized Shipment Splits. Stated FBA/WFS turnaround is 24-48 hours. Cautions: the Oregon LLC was filed in September 2025, but the operator's Instagram launch post is dated November 2025 and the site first appears in the web archive in January 2026. The site never mentions FNSKU labeling; their own text on another directory and an August 2026 job ad describe labeling, so confirm it is in the per-unit rate. The same facility runs FBM order fulfillment at $3.99 per order, Walmart WFS prep, storage, returns, international shipping and, as a USPS-authorized mail receiving agency, virtual U.S. mailbox addresses. It serves cross-border sellers shipping into the US from the UK, Europe, Canada, Australia and Japan. Cautions: the brand has operated here since 2021, but the current New Jersey LLC was formed in January 2025. Fees come out of a prepaid account balance; ask how unused balances are refunded. The homepage says it fulfills 'across 25+ fulfillment centers'; we found one Clifton building plus pallet storage priced in Paterson. Its Amazon Solution Provider Network partnership, 1M+ deliveries and 99% reliability figures are unconfirmed.

Ecom Prep'n Pack is an Amazon and Walmart prep shop in Chatsworth, California (Los Angeles County), working out of an industrial unit at 20850 Dearborn St. The site says its operators are online sellers themselves. Its pricing page publishes a flat card: $0.50 per single unit, $0.25 for small-and-light items under $10, multipacks listed at $1.25 + $0.25 with poly bag and bubble wrap included (the same line also quotes $1.50 for 3- and 6-packs), $0.25 poly bags, $0.25 bubble wrap and $0.15 per sticker removal. Other lines on the same card: FBM orders at $1.00 plus $0.50 per extra item, returns processing at $1.50 per unit with photos and testing, pallet storage at $25 per pallet space (bi-weekly on its private-label card), $10 per outbound pallet and $0.50 box forwarding for private-label sellers. Pallets are received free. The FAQ quotes 24-72 hour turnaround excluding weekends, and each account gets a shared photo diary of its shipments. Billing is monthly with no subscription fee. Cautions: the site publishes no email address, only a phone number and a contact form. The California corporation behind it was formed in July 2023, although the website has shown this business since January 2022. The rate card is not dated, and its multipack and storage lines read two ways, so confirm both in writing.

StarShip Prep is a family-run prep and fulfillment business in Ashippun, Wisconsin, in Dodge County. Starship Prep LLC was formed in Wisconsin in June 2022 and its website dates to July 2022; in 2024 the site gave its location as Hartford, Wisconsin. Its lead service is Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS prep, with direct-to-consumer pick, pack and ship as a second line. Shipments are checked for damage on arrival, unboxed, counted and inspected, then labeled and packed to Amazon or Walmart requirements; shipping plans are built by the operator or the client and approved by the client. It publishes a rate card: $1.50 per single unit including labels, poly bags, bubble wrap and shipping boxes, $2.50 per bundle of up to 4 units, and $1.20 per wholesale unit, falling to $1.00 single and $1.75 bundle at 4,000 or more units a month. Shoes, glass and oversize items cost more, pallet storage is $40 per pallet a month, LTL is $30 a pallet, and DTC orders start at $3.00. Cautions: the contact email is a Gmail address and no street address is published. The LLC was administratively dissolved in May 2025 and has since been restored to good standing. Damaged items are destroyed after 30 days without instructions.

Carolina Prep & Ship is a family-owned Amazon FBA and e-commerce prep center operating from a 55,000 square foot warehouse in Apex, North Carolina, near Raleigh. Per-unit prep starts at $0.65 (receiving and inspection, FNSKU labeling, box pack and label), with add-ons for poly bagging, bubble wrap, and bundling published openly. Little Owl Prep is a prep-first operation at 4230 E. River Road in Moraine, Ohio, running since 2019 by domain age and archived since 2020. It publishes every rate rather than quoting. Online arbitrage, individual item and book prep is $1.85 a unit and private label or wholesale is $1.25, with each price stating exactly what it covers. Both include receiving, inspection, damaged or missing item processing, shipment processing, FNSKU labeling, box content sent to Amazon and polybagging where needed; only the $1.85 tier adds book grading, the listing service and outbound boxes. Case forwarding is $3.00 a carton, direct fulfillment $2.50 an item on a 24-hour turnaround, and pallet storage $40 a month for up to three SKUs. Add-ons run from ten cents for an insert to two dollars for an oversized item. Book prep is their oldest line, with grading and counterfeit-textbook screening. They also run their own inventory software. Two things a seller should weigh. The site has not been updated in about two years, its footer still reads 2024. It still advertises Deliverr prep, a channel that stopped existing under that name after Shopify absorbed it in 2022 and sold the network in 2023. There is no phone number anywhere on the site, so email and the sign-up form are the only ways to reach them.

Upstate Prep is a 3PL in Fountain Inn, South Carolina, which they describe as an hour south of Amazon's CLT2, running FBA prep alongside e-commerce fulfillment, temperature-controlled storage, CBD fulfillment and hazardous materials shipping. Prep is the only line with published rates: four volume bands at $1.25, $1.00, $0.80 and $0.60, each covering receiving, inspection and FNSKU labeling, with up to a three-pack included and $0.50 for anything larger. They print the rate "Per ASIN" against bands measured in units a month, so confirm which one you are billed on. Beyond labeling they list bundling and kitting, poly bagging, bubble wrapping, shrink wrapping, expiration date labeling, carton forwarding and Amazon shipment creation, and they take temperature-sensitive goods like chocolate that most prep centers decline. Three cautions worth checking before you commit. Their own pages give three different warehouse sizes, from 30,000 sq ft to 25,000 sqm, and two different staff counts. And the site describes its storage as FDA-certified, a claim we have not confirmed and do not assert. The footer is also still on theme defaults underneath: the email and phone display correctly but link to contact@mysite.com and 123-456-7890, and the social icons link nowhere. Copy the address rather than clicking it.

Pick N Prep is a prep-first fulfillment operation in Carlstadt, New Jersey, with a second address in Clarksboro that its social profiles use as the main location. Merchant fulfillment, storage by bin, shelf or pallet, subscription boxes and returns or removal orders are the secondary lines. Cautions: the domain dates to January 2024 and no state registry record could be found, so the legal entity is unconfirmed. Both addresses it publishes are occupied by JNI Wholesale, a cosmetics and closeout distributor whose managing partner also owns Pick N Prep, and the Carlstadt building is listed publicly at 11,352 square feet against the site's claim of a 20,000 square foot facility. The site is unfinished in places: Lorem ipsum sits in the About page team section, a bare Tagline placeholder sits on the homepage, and the rate card misspells FNSKU. The customer quotes on the homepage are anonymous.

Elite Prep Center is a prep-first fulfillment operation in Franklinville, New Jersey, a rural South Jersey site rather than a metro warehouse hub. The site gives drive times of 22 minutes to the Amazon fulfillment center in Logan Township and 47 minutes to the Walmart center in Hamilton Township. Item prep runs $1.00 a unit up to 1,000 units a month, $0.85 from 1,001 and $0.70 from 5,001. Storage bills only after 30 days. The prep line covers receiving and inspection with photos, FNSKU and GTIN labeling, polybag, bundles, inserts and carton rebuilds, palletization, and LTL or parcel into fulfillment centers, across Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS and TikTok Shop. Direct-to-consumer fulfillment is a separate line. The homepage claims "8+ Years" of experience and "5M+ Units" prepped, both the operator's own figures. Its About timeline dates a 2017 garage selling start, but the entity dates to 2022, when the domain was registered. Cautions: no New Jersey company filing could be found through any public path, so the legal entity is unconfirmed. The published phone is a New York City number despite the South Jersey address. The four named customer case studies cannot be checked independently, and the site's performance figures move: 98.7 percent described customer retention in June 2026 and describes accuracy now.

Prep Services FBA is a prep-first fulfillment operation in New Jersey, run by Arshad Iqbal, who is named as founder on the site and listed as the member of Prep Services Fba LLC in New Jersey records. The domain and an archived version of the site both date the prep business to early 2021. The prep line is the deepest part of the site: FNSKU, carton and pallet labels, polybagging, bundling and kitting, removal order prep, carton and pallet builds to the seller's own Amazon shipment plan, carton forwarding, case-pack prep and relabeling, with separate pages for Walmart WFS prep, wholesale, private label and online arbitrage. FBM, Shopify and TikTok Shop fulfillment, storage and returns are the secondary lines, and a client portal called PrepCorex handles inventory. Pricing is quote-only, with no setup fee, no monthly portal fee and no long-term contract; its FAQ page aims it at sellers shipping about 500 or more units a month, while the FAQ in every page footer says there is no hard minimum. Two cautions. The prep page says the warehouse is in Mount Laurel and the state filing gives a Gloucester Township residence, both in South Jersey, while the rest of the site markets itself as close to Port Newark at the other end of the state. No street address appears in the site's text; the homepage map gives one only in the popup of its warehouse pin. And the headline numbers, 10M+ units processed on the homepage against 1M+ on the case-studies page, 99.9 percent accuracy and a 'standard zero-rejection process' in its terms, sit beside six testimonials that carry no names at all.

NOW Fulfillment, LLC is a small Amazon prep and fulfillment operation in Liberty Center, Indiana, run by owner Victoria Fensel, who founded it in May 2022 (Indiana registration dated May 4, 2022). The prep workflow is spelled out: case-packed goods received into a climate-controlled facility, inspected, bubble wrapped, poly bagged, labeled and boxed for shipment, with damaged cartons replaced. Shipping into FBA runs through your own Seller Central account, so the carrier charge lands on your Amazon bill rather than theirs. Kitting at $2.00 per unit, FBM at $2.00 per fulfilled unit, DTC for Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce and eBay, and pallet or cubic-foot storage sit alongside, and the owner also lists returns processing and removal-order receiving. There are no subscriptions or monthly minimums; new clients pay a one-time $25 account setup fee. Read the limits before you ship, because they are stated openly. They do not take online arbitrage. They work Small Standard and Large Standard size tiers, with anything larger quoted separately, as are glass with liquids, book bundles and meltables. The pricing page also lists hazmat among the quoted extras, but the owner updated this listing on October 5, 2026 to say they do not accept hazmat, so this profile records it as a no. The prep rates sit in an image table rather than the page text: $0.80 per unit for a single unit and $1.30 to $2.05 per bundle by item count, flat rates that cover the steps above. The same table prices glass containing liquid from $1.10 for a single unit to $2.60 for a 6-pack, even though the page text puts glass with liquids on the quote list. The published contact is a Gmail address rather than a company mailbox.

PrepVia is an Amazon FBA prep center in Miami trading as Prepvia LLC, registered in Florida in April 2025. The warehouse sits in the industrial belt near Miami International, which is the point: the site documents container unloading, floor-loaded FCL intake and DDP versus DDU handling for importers, alongside standard FNSKU labeling, shrink wrapping, poly bagging, kitting and outbound to Amazon fulfillment centers. FBM, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, TikTok and B2B outbound run from the same inventory. Turnaround is stated at 24 to 36 hours. A FastLane program promises prep to FBA check-in in 35 hours or the prep is free, but it is limited to seven named fulfillment centers, requires Amazon Freight FTL and API integration, and excludes fragile goods. Since October 2026 the site publishes no rates: pricing is quoted per account on a free 15-minute call, and receiving and inspection are free except ocean container unloading, so get a written quote. Two things to read correctly. The Forbes Business Council badge is a paid membership and the linked Forbes article is a member contribution, not press coverage. The Florida registration lists a residential condo address, not the warehouse.

Cautions, plainly: Google shows a 4.0 rating across 12 reviews (re-read 2026-09-22), nine five-star and three one-star; the one-star reviews are seven to eight years old and concern billing and refund follow-through and responsiveness, every review from the last four years is five-star, and the site's review widget shows only five five-star reviews with no aggregate figure; the pricing page states there are no sign-up fees while a live $150 sign-up-fee product exists in the site's web shop.
