ShipCalm is an ecommerce fulfillment company whose main listed warehouse is at 7860 Paramount Blvd in Pico Rivera, in the Los Angeles area, with a second facility at 8377 Camby Road in Plainfield, Indiana, for east coast coverage. Its core work is omnichannel order fulfillment, subscription box kitting, crowdfunding campaigns and retailer EDI orders, and it has a dedicated Amazon FBA prep service. The prep page lists FNSKU labeling and barcoding, inspection and quality control, polybagging and shrink wrap, sold-as-a-set and suffocation-warning prep, kitting, carton consolidation, returns and removal orders, and Seller Fulfilled Prime shipping. It publishes a rate table: $0.29 per item label, $0.69 per item bag, $0.29 per carton label and $19.95 per pallet prepped, plus a $39.50 setup on each order that needs bagging or labeling, with receiving at $2.95 per carton and storage at $0.19 per cubic foot per week. Platform plans start at $49 a week, and there is a quarterly minimum fee: $6,000 a quarter on the pricing page, while the homepage FAQ says $3,000 a quarter. The business has been online since at least 2018, when it was based in Vista, California. Cautions: the address printed in its footer is a San Francisco mailbox, and its Los Angeles and Indianapolis pages still refer to San Diego warehouses, which its July 2024 announcement said it was phasing out. Its homepage says it also uses partner facilities, so ask which warehouse will handle your inventory.
