Dollan Prep Center is a tax-free Delaware FBA prep center at 210 Executive Dr in Newark, serving wholesale, private-label, and online-arbitrage Amazon sellers. Labeling runs from $0.30/unit at high volume up to $1.10 to $1.45/unit at standard volume, with most shipments checked in within 24 to 72 hours and billing settled weekly via Stripe. Prep is the main product and the pricing page is complete: per-unit prep, receiving by parcel, pallet or container, carton and pallet forwarding, carton opening and counting at $0.20 a unit, bundle tiers, suffocation-warning polybags from $0.25, bubble wrap, oversize surcharges and daily pallet storage falling from $1.20 to $0.70 with volume. Processing runs up to two working days. No minimum, no long-term contract, and they prep for Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart and Shopify. Read the terms carefully before committing. The $0.50 and $1.20 per-unit headline rates apply only to your first two months, after which pricing steps automatically to the Standard tier ($0.55 per unit at 1 to 999 prior-month units) or a Volume tier, published on the pricing page's tabbed panels that only render in a browser. Activating an account takes a $400 deposit, disclosed only on the About page. Free storage is stated as 14 days on two pages and 7 days on two others, and the pricing page lists receiving an item without a UPC or EAN barcode at both $0.30 and $3.00. A blog page says they have operated in Newark since 2015. The domain was registered to them in 2020, and web archives show it carried an unrelated test-prep tutoring site in 2015.

Work received by 3 PM ET is stated to move the same business day. Shipo publishes 2026 list rates: FBA prep from $1.25 per unit, receiving $14.00 per pallet or $0.18 per unit, pallet storage $25.00 per active pallet per month, and pick and pack $2.50 per order. Prep add-ons are quoted per account, on a $395 monthly minimum shared with DTC fulfillment. Cautions: we found no independent customer reviews on any surface. The 55,000 sq ft warehouse figure and the FDA food-facility registration are the operator's own statements and we could not confirm either, and the published address is one suite in a multi-tenant flex park.

Simple Global is an ecommerce 3PL headquartered at 2051 Old Coochs Bridge Rd in Newark, Delaware, incorporated in Delaware as Simple Global, Inc. in October 2012 on a domain dating to 2007. It runs eight facilities, including Newark DE at 93,000 sq ft plus sites in Michigan, Ohio, California, the UK, Australia and South Korea. Two things to weigh before shortlisting. Prep is billed as hourly work orders, from $38 basic and $48 complex, not per unit, so you cannot compare their prep cost to a specialist without a quote. And Newark is one node in a large multi-country network, not a dedicated prep operation.
