Add-ons: polybag +$0.30, bubble wrap +$0.50, bundle or kit from +$0.50, 24-hour rush +$0.25 per unit; oversized and hazmat by quote, and the FAQ says hazmat and dangerous goods are reviewed case by case. FBM order fulfillment $2.50 per order for the first item and +$0.50 for each additional item, plus check-in at $0.25 per unit on arrival, with postage and materials at cost. Returns management $1.00 per unit, with re-prep for FBA or WFS billed at the prep rate. Books, DVDs and CDs: FBA prep $1.50 per item including receiving, inspection, grading and conditioning, FNSKU labeling, and shipment processing with box content; outbound boxes +$1.50 per box, polybag +$0.30, tag or sticker removal +$0.30. Media FBM prep and fulfillment $2.00 per item, paid at check-in, with guaranteed fulfillment within 24 hours and no fee when it sells; padded mailer +$0.60.
