Minimus Fulfillment is the 3PL division of Minimus LLC, formed in California in 2004 as a consumer products business, running a 38,000 sq ft warehouse at 2610 Conejo Spectrum Street in Thousand Oaks, about an hour from the Los Angeles and Long Beach ports. Most of its work is DTC order fulfillment through ShipStation and B2B case and pallet shipping, which it says is about half its volume. Amazon prep has its own page: FNSKU labels applied over the manufacturer barcode, polybags with suffocation warnings, bundles and multipacks labeled as one unit, expiration dates marked in Amazon's format, carton content labels, shipment plans with carrier booking to the assigned FCs, and inspection and rework when a container arrives. It also fulfills FBM orders and holds overflow stock for FBA restocks. Pricing is quoted from an unpublished rate card; receiving is free, there is no long-term contract, and new accounts usually fund a deposit. Hazmat is limited to ORM-D goods.
