Editor summary

Fillhub is an ecommerce fulfilment warehouse at Hofer Straße 11 in Regensburg, Bavaria, trading as Fillhub GmbH (Amtsgericht Regensburg HRB 17788, registered April 2020). It stores stock and ships orders for online shops, brands and marketplace sellers across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with returns handling, subscription-box and B2B fulfilment, and product photography and content services. Its Pre-FBA page describes the Amazon workflow in detail: stock arrives in Regensburg and is counted, every unit gets a quality check, products are poly-bagged with suffocation warnings, bubble-wrapped or overboxed as the category requires, FNSKU and bundle labels are applied, bundles are built and labelled as their own ASIN, and cartons are weighed, palletised and sent to the assigned fulfilment centre under the seller's shipment ID. It also receives Amazon removals and either re-preps them for FBA or moves them into its own fulfilment stock. The Pre-FBA service has been on its website since at least October 2020. Cautions: prep prices are quote-based, with standard prep described only as a few cents per unit, and the site says Fillhub has done Pre-FBA work for more than 10 years, while its own About page dates the company to 2019 and the register to April 2020 (the founders' earlier fashion ecommerce business dates to 2011).
