The company is a Florida corporation in active standing under president Jose Fuentes Raymond, with the operation online since early 2022. FBA prep leads the offer; Shopify fulfillment and Latin America cross-docking run alongside it, which is why the directory types this listing multi-service rather than prep specialist.
The SPN card, and why it matters
Amazon's Service Provider Network audits the providers it lists; most prep centers never apply. FR-Logistics links its live GSPN provider entry from its own header, and we verified the listing against Seller Central's provider directory during the 4-point verification that published this listing on 2026-07-15. For a seller comparing prep centers on paper, an audited SPN entry is one of the few third-party checks that exists in this industry at all.
A rate card that is actually published
The 2026 rate card on the site's pricing page is itemized to the line: FNSKU labeling $0.55 per unit, polybagging with suffocation warning $0.50, kitting for 2-5 component bundles $0.75, bubble wrap $0.80, sticker removal $0.25, inbound receiving $2.50 per carton, shipment plan creation $8.00, returns processing with a per-unit condition report $5.00, and quality-control inspection at $45 per hour. Palletized storage is $45 per pallet per month with the first month free for new clients. Shopify pick and pack is priced by order weight, $3.00 to $5.00 plus $0.50 per additional item. No setup fees and no monthly retainers.
One number to confirm in writing before you commit volume: the site's FBA-prep page still shows an older FNSKU tier structure ($1.00 per unit at 1-50 units stepping down to $0.60 at 1,001-5,000), while the pricing page lists a flat $0.55 at all volumes. We flag the same drift on the directory profile.

What separates this operation from an inland prep room is the lane it sits on. Doral borders Miami International Airport and sits up the road from PortMiami, and FR-Logistics runs cross-docking into 9 Latin American countries (Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Venezuela, Panama) with customs-ready documentation, FCL, LCL, and air-cargo receiving, and a fully bilingual English-Spanish team. For LATAM-based Amazon sellers moving inventory into US FBA, that puts receiving, prep, and the return lane in one building.
The operating cadence is published rather than promised loosely: a 2 PM ET same-day cutoff Monday through Friday, 24-hour turnaround on most prep jobs, and photo documentation at receiving and per batch. Inventory is visible to clients through a SkuVault-backed portal.

- No independently verifiable third-party reviews existed as of our checks (2026-07-15 and 2026-07-22). The client brands named on the homepage are operator-listed, not independently verified.
- The 99%+ accuracy rate, zero chargebacks in the last 12 months, and 20+ years of logistics experience figures are operator-stated. We could not verify them from independent sources.
- Hazmat capability and daily unit capacity are not published.
