Editor summary

Rebel Prep is an Amazon FBA prep center in Altensteig, Baden-Württemberg. The homepage leads with its FBA prep workflow: check-in against the ASIN, FNSKU labeling and a 48-hour turnaround promise; the services page adds poly bagging or bubble wrap. Pricing is now quoted individually on request; the per-item rate card it published earlier is gone from its pricing page, though its FAQ still gives a per-piece price of 1 EUR to 0.80 EUR with receiving, labels and bags included. The business has traded continuously since autumn 2022 under founder Melanie Janina Werner, first as a sole proprietorship and since July 2025 as REBEL FULFILLMENT GmbH (Amtsgericht Stuttgart HRB 800775). Disclosure: the legal entity is chartered for broader 3PL services and the site also offers FBM fulfillment; FBA prep is the lead offer. Honest cautions: Trustpilot shows a TrustScore of 2.2 out of 5 on 25 reviews (88 percent five-star, 12 percent one-star; only 2 posted in the last 12 months), including a January 2026 lost-goods complaint its author says is still unresolved. The on-site Google review widget includes a critical review about billing accuracy alongside the positive ones, which we count in their favor for showing it.

How we verified this listing

This listing was checked against our 4-point operator standard before being published. We run automated liveness checks on published listings, re-verify on user reports, and update when the operator edits details directly via the claim flow.

Centers can pay for a clearly-labeled Featured placement; pay-per-click is paused while we rebuild click measurement. They can never pay for editorial ranking, a shortlist pick, or this verification.
