It is pure prep by its own declaration: the FAQ states plainly that it is not a fulfillment provider and takes FBM only in individual cases. Owner Philipp Metzner is named on the site and on LinkedIn as CEO since 2024. This listing carries one caution: third-party reviews are scarce for more than six years of operation; we found only a 2023 German YouTube video that presents it as one of the channel's two favorite prep centers, and a single 5-star rating, with no review text, of its shipment-automation app on Amazon's Selling Partner Appstore.

Public per-product module pricing in EUR, all plus VAT. By its own card, basic FBA prep starts at 0.95 EUR per product for a unit that needs only its FNSKU label, on the Flex module with no monthly fee, plus 3.00 EUR per outbound carton shared by the products packed in it; every module's per-product price covers receiving with an outer damage check, removing old price stickers, the FNSKU label, packing into cartons or onto a pallet, carton labels and handover to the carrier. A unit that also needs a polybag or bubble wrap adds 0.25 EUR per application, so 1.20 EUR per product on Flex before the carton fee. Pro: 100 EUR/month, 0.75 EUR per product. Master: 250 EUR/month, 0.60 EUR per product. All modules: 3.00 EUR per outbound carton, 0.25 EUR per polybag or bubble wrap. Storage free for 30 days, then 0.15 EUR per unit per 30 days; pallet material 19.90 EUR; oversize storage surcharge 10 EUR per 30 days. The module auto-switches monthly to whichever tier is cheapest for the customer's volume. The pallet and oversize figures are from the site's German-language page; its English-language page prints 9.90 EUR for pallet material and, in one answer, 1 EUR instead of 10 EUR for oversize storage. Both the German and English versions of its FAQ also work one multipack example at 0.85 EUR per product on Flex (ten 4-packs: 10 x 0.85 + 10 x 0.25 = 11 EUR), against 0.95 EUR on both module cards and in the FAQ's other Flex examples, so confirm the Flex rate in writing.
