Automated check: the listed site loaded on its own domain, with no parking-page signs, and its text names Amazon, FBA or FNSKU. Not a review. How it works
General fulfillment operation with a verified FBA prep service. Never ranked and never counted in our prep-specialist stats.
Our Serviceworks, which brands itself OSW, runs a climate-controlled fulfillment center at 2940 Eisenhower Street in Carrollton, Texas, in the Dallas metro. The business behind it is Our Data Works, Incorporated, a Texas corporation chartered on 8 February 1988 and still active at that same address, which supports the 1988 founding date the site claims. Its current domain dates to November 2015. The leadership team is named, headed by Michelle Harris as President and CEO and Kerry Walbridge as Chairman, and both are officers of record on the 1988 entity. FBA prep here sits inside a broader outsourced fulfillment business covering ecommerce, subscription box, retail and wholesale orders, kitting and assembly, and outsourced customer care. The company describes a dedicated FBA prep department: inspection for damage, sticker removal, applying barcodes, poly bagging, repackaging, kitting, expiration labeling and promotional inserts, plus palletizing large orders, sealing and reboxing. They will host an in-person or virtual tour of the warehouse. Two cautions for sellers. Pricing is quote-only, with no published per-unit rate. And the prep page describes barcode application generally without naming FNSKU labeling or Amazon shipment plans, so confirm the labeling and inbound workflow before sending inventory.

Collecting rates like these from a dozen centers is a week of quote emails. Tell us your monthly volume, categories, and region and an editor replies with the verified centers that fit best (usually 5 to 7), each with its per-unit pricing and last-verified date. We pick on fit, so a center other than Our Serviceworks can come back. About 2 minutes, no account.
Get matched to verified centers →This listing was checked against our 4-point operator standard before being published. We run automated liveness checks on published listings, re-verify on user reports, and update when the operator edits details directly via the claim flow.
Centers can pay for a clearly-labeled Featured placement; pay-per-click is paused while we rebuild click measurement. They can never pay for editorial ranking, a shortlist pick, or this verification.
