Pattern is a publicly traded ecommerce company (Nasdaq: PTRN) headquartered in Lehi, Utah. Its core business is buying brands' inventory and reselling it on Amazon and other marketplaces, but since 2024 it has sold its fulfillment operation as separate products, including Marketplace Prep, to brands that do not use that buy-and-resell model. You send palletized inventory (or Pattern arranges pickup), and the team handles FNSKU labeling, poly bagging, bubble wrap, multi-packs and variety packs, carton building and marketplace compliance, then routes shipments to Amazon, 98% as full truckloads by the company's count, with inbound placement fees in mind. Returns processing and reimbursement claims are optional add-ons. Pattern's 2025 annual report lists leased warehouses in Hebron, Kentucky (259,200 sq ft) and North Las Vegas, Nevada (114,400 sq ft) plus a 21,400 sq ft office and warehouse in Lehi; the site calls Hebron and Las Vegas its flagship hubs and does not say which site would prep your goods. No rates are published; pricing comes after a sales call. Cautions: Pattern's own FBA prep guide lists Marketplace Prep as best for larger brands needing high-volume throughput, and no minimums are published, so a small seller should confirm on the first call that they take your volume.
