LDR, trading as Logistics Done Right, Inc., is a Cincinnati e-commerce 3PL that has been registered in Ohio since February 2019. Its center of gravity is reverse logistics: returns sorting, inspection and refurbishment by certified technicians, Amazon removal orders, liquidation support and a returns analysis program that reports on unsellable stock. FBA prep is a full line inside that, not an afterthought. Standard prep runs $1.25 to $1.50 a unit and covers FNSKU labeling, polybagging with suffocation warnings where required, visual damage inspection, carton packing and shipment prep to Amazon specification including fragile and sold-as-set labels. Kits and bundles are $1.75 to $2.50, oversized or fragile items $3.00 and up, with no setup fee and no monthly minimum. Turnaround is tiered and stated openly: 1 to 2 business days for a product they already stock supplies for, 3 to 5 for a new or unknown SKU, and 5 to 7 or more when special packaging has to be sourced. Dropship and forwarding, warehousing and a cloud inventory portal round it out. Two notes. This is a general 3PL with a prep line rather than a dedicated prep center, so it is listed and typed accordingly. The site publishes no street address, only Cincinnati, off I-75 and I-71 and forty minutes from CVG.

Standard Prep $1.25-$1.50 per unit, including FNSKU labeling, polybagging, visual inspection and Amazon-compliant packaging. Bundles and Kits $1.75-$2.50 per unit for kitting of 2+ items with sealing and labelling. Oversized or Fragile items $3.00+ per unit with bubble wrap and special handling. Volume discounts above 1,000 units per month are quoted individually, as are deep discounts on private label or wholesale runs of a single SKU. No account setup fee, no monthly subscription, no monthly minimum. Turnaround is tiered: 1-2 business days for a known product with supplies in stock, 3-5 for a new or unknown SKU, 5-7 or more when special packaging must be sourced. Storage IS published for prep inventory and is charged only beyond 30 days: $40.00 per standard pallet per month (up to 4ft x 4ft x 4ft, max 6 SKUs) or $0.68 per cubic foot per month, with an extra $1.00 per cubic foot on anything held past 90 days, and $5.00 per pallet per day on inbound or outbound pallets left idle more than 5 business days. Two surcharges to price in: +$0.25-$0.50 per unit on small multi-SKU test batches, and +$0.30 per unit if you do not give Seller Central access. Outbound palletizing $15.00-$25.00 per pallet including wrap and labor; recycled outbound boxes $1.99 each; work outside the agreed scope billed hourly in 15-minute increments. Removal orders, B2C fulfillment, returns management, liquidation support and storage as a standalone service are quoted separately.
