One-time registration fee $35, invoiced at sign-up. Minimum processing fee: a $25 minimum per shipment, so a small rush shipment is billed $25. Invoices go out on the 1st and 15th of each month. Add-ons: footwear $3.50; replacement shoe box $2.75; bundling $3.00 for a bundle of up to 5 units, plus $0.50 for each unit over 5; bubble wrap $0.50 per sq ft; bubble bags $0.50 each; new shipping boxes $2.00 small, $2.75 medium, $3.00 large, $4.00 X-large (used boxes at no charge); Amazon returns, package forwarding and returns to vendor $3.50 each. Storage after the free 30 days: $0.65 per cubic foot per 14-day period. Scope: no hazmat, no books, and no items over 12 inches on the longest side per the FAQ (the Terms & Conditions section says 16 inches).
